Amazing experience, friendly staff, clean rooms

I stayed here a few nights ago and had a really bad experience. The bathroom was very grubby and dirty and the room above kept us awake all night. I messaged the hotel twice in the night to let them know we were unable to sleep due to the noise and we were completely ignored with no response back from the hotel.

There bathroom was covered in thick dirt and generally grubby and worn down. There was only two half used toilet rolls in the bathroom too, meaning I had to go the women’s toilet outside of my room.

When checking out the man on the front desk acknowledged that he could even hear how loud the room above us was all night. I have since reached out to ask for some form of a refund, it’s not fair I have paid for a hotel room and had absolutely no sleep and left tired and stressed. The hotel have completely refused to offer any compensation or refund. They have been paid regardless and that’s all that matters to them clearly.

Comfortable stay at Rosemay Hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location. Great value for money — would recommend!
