"I had a very bad experience with Rose Medical Clinic. From the hotel booking until the last minute of my surgery. after they promised comfortable accommodations, I was booked into a very dirty hotel. They booked me into a place where I couldn't stay even for an hour, and I was forced to stay there until the next day. My visit lasted ten days, and my treatment was delayed until the last minute, which caused a disaster. The screws were inserted incorrectly, and despite taking an X-ray, they didn't see the obvious mistake they had made. I returned to my country and waited for recovery, but my condition worsened every day until I developed an infection throughout my jaw and many other problems. I kept contacting them, but they wouldn't admit anything until I received a detailed report from the doctor. They kept telling me not to believe them, that everything was fine, but it was never fine. After my health deteriorated completely, I asked them to send the necessary equipment to replace the screws they had mistakenly inserted in my jaw. They refused to help me and didn't respond to all my suffering. Their response was that I should come back despite everything, or nothing at all. I do not advise anyone to go to Rose Medical Clinic to avoid the ordeal I went through with them from the moment I arrived until today. I'm still suffering and need urgent surgery, but they've closed every door in my face, even though the doctor and I explained that I'm medically unfit to travel. They don't care about people's health; they only care about themselves. They lack proper management by any measure, in addition to the serious medical errors that can cause devastating complications. Don't go to Rose Medical Clinic; it's the worst place you could consider for treatment. Protect yourselves from the physical and psychological damage I suffered because of them."
