The Satin Pearl Clutch Bag Ivory looked absolutely gorgeous on their website. I was so excited, it was just what I wanted. But when it arrived and I opened my package, I was extremely disappointed. It looked nothing like the pictures. A tag inside the bag "made in China" this is supposed to be a small self-made Irish business, clearly not. The quality was poor. When I addressed this with them by email as they requested, they never apologised or offered some way to make it up. They just replied saying they'd refund me. Be warned you not only pay for delivery but also for it to be returned. €17 stort, nothing to show, not even an apology. I had so much I wanted to buy from them but I will be staying clear and would not recommend.

I bought a bow bag and earrings. The packaging was beautiful and smells so nice.
They were easy to deal with, items came quickly and were brilliant quality.

I recently got married and emailed Niamh with a picture of the bridesmaid dresses, asking for help and ideas on what to pick! - Niamh was so helpful and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend Rosie & Dott more, not only for their amazing product line but their incredible service, kindness and attention to detail!

I have bought a few pieces of jewellery from Rosie and Dott. Everything from communication, the packaging and the product is beautiful. I got a lovely little note which had my name on it thanking me for my purchases which was a nice touch.

I purchased the personalised beauty bag as a gift for a friend and received it today and I am beyond impressed. It is so much nicer even in person than online. The packaging is stunning, the smell of the parcel coming to my desk was just gorgeous. It is a fabulous gift , feels really premium quality and it was such a prompt delivery service, very easy ordering on the site too. Well done, keep up the great work :)

I’ve been a customer of Rosie & Dott for a few years now. I wore some of their pieces for my wedding and other special events and, have gifted items to friends and family. Their packaging is dreamy and a little extra special. Aside from the stock being of very nice quality and design, I feel it is the wonderful customer service and personal touch that really sells Rosie & Dott. In this climate, they should be commended for this. I also feel that their Instagram advertising is very well done and current.
My friend spotted a handbag on their website recently but it was sold out when she got around to ordering. I contacted Rosie & Dott over Instagram to ask about a restock of the item. I was told to email them to ask if any spares were in stock, which they were. I was surprised by this and really appreciated the extra mile they went to help me out.
I received the bag the following day and am excited to surprise my friend with it! Rosie & Dott really deserve continued success in the industry. I look forward to seeing how the brand grows.

I ordered a bracelet which was too small, Niamh offered to exchange the bracelet for a bigger size which arrived 3 days later. Really great second experience with the Rosie & Dott team.
