Great Resource

Rotorcorp has continued to be a valuable resource. I appreciate the ability to call and speak to someone who can help within a few minutes rather then wading though a long phone que and automated menus. The only items I would like to see upgraded are:
1) Easier way to track shipments from my user account page.
2) Better feedback in regards to so many parts showing "Available On Backorder".

Rotorcorp customer service is outstanding, and they have always answered my questions in a timely manner. Thank you Rotorcorp.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Chris. Lead time for overhaul kits, engines, rotor gear boxes, and servos are getting longer and longer. We don't like telling our customers that an order they're counting on is delayed, but we owe it to our customers to be upfront and transparent.

Unfortunately, Lycoming is telling us that lead times for R22 and R44 engines are now at 14 months, while Robinson is currently telling Rotorcorp to expect lead times in the 5-6 month range for R22, R44, and R66 OH kits.

Long Time Customer - 5 Stars

I've been using Rotorcorp as a supplier of RHC factory parts for many years and have never been disappointed. They are good people and it's easy to see that they care about providing their customers with the best support. Highly recommend.
