Ordered swatches, never heard back

Hello! I ordered a set of sample swatches roughly a month ago and received confirmation of the order, but it never shipped, nor did I ever hear any updates. I emailed customer service twice to check in, but didn't hear back. I may be communicating through the wrong channels, but I've found the silence a bit odd.

My bath towel order backordered

My bath towel order was on backorder. Quite a long wait so I cancelled it. Took a bit of time , too , to email and receive a response to my cancellation request. I was a little worried, however the order was finally cancelled. Got Hudson towels at Bloomingdale's instead.

TERRIBLE customer service!

I placed my order on July 10th. It's August 8th and I still haven't received my order. I've sent at least 2 emails asking for information and I haven't received a response. The tracking apps are horrible. They ask me for a bunch of personal information and don't have order updates. I can't even find a number to call. If I don't receive my order by the end of the week, I'm going to have to cancel the purchase. I honestly can't speak about the quality of the sheets because I haven't received them. So disappointing.

Like others

Like others, I was contacted via email telling me there would be a week's delay in getting my order--and it was already 3 weeks late. I waited another 3 weeks, nothing. I emailed to ask for an update, no response. I tried to call, phone lines no longer in service.

I would be fine with the delays if they would simply be truthful. The evasion is the behavior of a two year old in trouble, not that of a reputable company. I would truly like my merchandise, and I'm prepared to wait. But I am not prepared for charging me and then lying or saying nothing. Do not order from them.

Disgruntled Not yet shipped

It has not shipped yet (one month) and it has been a month and there was no forewarning of this delay (warehouse software update = predictable delay). Yet, y’all were still sending promotion emails multiple times a week. Disgruntled.

Well so far....

Well so far, a month after ordering, I still don't have my apron so it's impossible to say exactly how they're doing except to say they emailed me five days after I ordered and said give us one more week and that my order was packed so who knows what's going on.

terrible shipping times.

Ordered my linen cover nearly a month ago. Emailed support asking when it is expected to ship. Was told it was going to ship sometime last week. Still havn't gotten an email that it was shipped. Just horrible experience.

First Order - Abhorrent Service

This is my first purchase with Rough Linen and the service has been abhorrent. I’m on the verge of wondering if my items will ever even come or if it’s a scam. I’m so angry at myself for choosing this company out of all the other retailers that have their company together. I purchased pillow cases and a fitted sheet from them over a month ago. The fitted sheet I was using had a hole in it that began getting bigger and bigger as I slept. Ironically what I ordered was something I needed asap. I emailed the company a week after ordering asking what was going on. They told me they’re moving to a new warehouse and the move has put a strain on production but “it’ll just be another week” 1 week later nothing. I emailed again to get a whole 15% off for my patience. Wow. This order was placed 6/28. It’s now 8/6 the shipping label has been made for 1 item and for a week it hasn’t moved. I can’t understand how this “problem” they’re having is so substantial. And to lead people on saying “one more week, we’re having issues, be patient, we’re so sorry” Come on. Based off the other reviews this is a lie. You’re leading people on bit by bit so they don’t cancel. I get if you’re having whatever issues this company is having but disclose it BEFORE the order is made and be honest about how long isn’t actually doing to take. This clearly has been an issue for them for awhile. Reading these customer reviews it saddens me- others are waiting on gifts for loves ones expecting to have these items on time and have no idea they won’t come. Or like me, actually need them soon and won’t be getting them anytime soon. I simply don’t understand how you could run a business like this, it’s inexcusable.

I ordered a Rough Linen bathrobe for my husband 2 months ago, the co.
has used my credit card , & I have yet to receive the ordered item which I had explained to their co. service rep was intended to be a Father’s Day gift for June!!!! Terrible, awful service - I would never recommend this Rough Linen co to anyone. Take a risk if you want to by ordering from this company but expect Nothing. Rough Linen has my money, & after 2 months, I have still not received the item I ordered intended to be a gift for my husband!
