Lads were good to deal with , everything was straight forward , delivery was efficient and arrived well wrapped and protected . Will go back for extra borders etc

Made order with vishal for double vanity unit and tall boy and both arrived very prompt and well packaged they are a beautiful focal point in my bew bathroom stunning furniture

After my first review Customer serv contacted me and send my order very fast and well packed.
I am giving 4starts just because would be nice, if I wouldn't need to go this road..

Company was very fast to send samples. Constant phone calls and emails after samples sent to hear my opinion on the tiles.
After tiles were purchased the company was unable to track when the tiles would come and would not follow up on my emails. Tiles were dumped on the public road outside my house that is under construction without my knowledge and left for 24hours til I found them there. Packaging soaked. Not impressed with the time it took the tiles to come and the lack of interest from the company about my distress. They had already been paid.

Needed an extra box of tiles to complete my project.
Had to wait over 2 weeks for 1 box to arrive. All products sold in Ireland come in from the UK. Order had to piggyback in with another customers order in order to be received. Still charged full whack for delivery of course and promised recourse from original delivery issue never materialised.

Received a refund for delivery for extra tiles only. Tiles look great in place but would not order from this company again.

It was my second order from Royale Stones Ireland and all the products received were of good quality.Highly recommend

I will not be ordering from this company again. We bought 110 tiles (80x80), and they were left on the road outside our house instead of being placed on our driveway or porch, which would have been easily accessible. As a result, the tiles were exposed to rain, and the packaging became badly eroded.
The tiles were stacked unevenly, causing weight imbalance, and several tiles on the bottom arrived broken or chipped. Because of this damage, we were left short of tiles and couldn’t finish one of our sitting rooms. When I contacted the company, they said the same tiles were out of stock, so we had to switch to a different design—doubling our costs instead of saving money.
To make things worse, the tiles weren’t even from the same batch, and since the packaging was washed out, we couldn’t confirm the serial numbers. Adding insult to injury, the company later asked us to send photos for their advertising, despite knowing how disappointed we were. Overall, a very poor experience, and I cannot recommend them.

Great help from Aaron & Vishal whilst choosing our tiles, and flexibility on delivery dates. They had a great selection of outdoor tiles for us and we are delighted with the end result. We were able to return unopened boxes also! Thanks guys.

Highly communicative, accurate and timely. Very wide range of products. The only negative I'd say, is that the showroom is quite small and does not really highlight the full range and depth of what's on offer.
The product itself was exactly what I'd ordered.

Ordered two samples. Only received one. Reached out to them and they never responded. I won't bother purchasing anything if they can't get samples correct.

Royale Stone has an extensive range of outdoor tiles at competitive prices. Aaron in the shop in Tallaght was particularly helpful in assisting me to select my outdoor tiles. Royale also have a good range of outdoor grout which can match the tiles you select. The tiles were delivered within two working days which was unbelievable. Would highly recommend.
