Rapid Response North West is a dedicated Emergency Medical Charity, committed to saving lives, supporting mental health, and making a real difference in the community. We provide life-saving emergency care, first aid services, mental health support, and community outreach across the UK. Our highly skilled team of volunteer first responders delivers professional Medical Cover at public events and festivals, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of attendees while being fully equipped to handle medical emergencies, trauma incidents, and mental health crises. As a regulated training provider, we specialise in delivering First Aid, Mental Health Awareness, and Pre-Hospital Care courses, offering free and low-cost training to schools, community groups, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are also proud of our Street Safety & Welfare Patrols across the Wirral, where we support homeless individuals, vulnerable people, and those struggling with mental health through projects such as “Support on the Streets,” “Warmth & Support in Our Community,” and “Suicide Prevention Patrols.” Through these initiatives, we provide emergency food, warm clothing, sleeping bags, and emotional support while guiding individuals to further help and support services.
