The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent, but I cannot give a five-star rating because the company sold me an item that was already out of stock at the time of purchase. The customer rep. was able to track down the item that I was looking for.

I placed my order and a few days later…

I placed my order and a few days later it was cancelled by RS Hughes and I only got an email. No further details, no phone call. I was waiting for this material and needed it. Thank goodness Grainger was there to pick up Hughes slack.

Order still hasn’t shipped

The product I purchased was listed to ship a few days after the order was placed. It’s been over a month now and it still hasn’t shipped! And now I’ve got an email asking for a review?! Funnyyyy…

It was a gift for my brother and it looks like he will have to wait until after the new year.

Item showed “in stock”, but placed order and was notified later that item was out of stock. In today’s technology, the website should have been kept up automatically to the latest stock availability.

Bought your Ansel hyflex gloves for…

Bought your Ansel hyflex gloves for work. The company I work for purchased these years ago and I really liked them. They no longer purchase so I opted to buy my own I work with lead and these hold up 4-6 wks per pair on the job for me. Glad I was able to purchase at what I felt to be a great price and didn't have to buy in bulk.

I completed and paid for an order. It was subsequently canceled with no explanation.

I spoke with a Team Member, at the warehouse that accepted your order originally, whom clarified that this order was cancelled due to a discrepancy between the billing address and payment method's address. Our records show that attempts were made to contact you, by phone, to rectify this issue. In such a case, if we are unable to reach the customer within the course of a business week, it is our policy to cancel the order as it is common place for fraudulent orders to have mismatched payment methods and address. Once again, I apologize, because your legitimate order was caught in the crossfire of our policy to safeguard against false orders.

In your review you commented that you completed and paid for your order, please double check your payment methods bank statement, as your card should not have been charged in this case. If it has been charged, we will of course help to process a refund for you.
