The customer service has been great for all 3 trips. Plus to stay in a castle in St Thomas for 399.00 for a week was not too bad. I am curious why so many people are putting so many negative reviews but have never used the program as we have never had 1 issue and have multiple friends who use it with no issues.

We agreed to attend the 90 minute zoom presentation in order to get a free 7 night cruise with airfare and an additional 2 night stay with Hilton. After 3 HOURS of high pressure sales we finally got off the zoom with a promise of the gifts in an email. We got the email right away but had to spend $65.00 in order to get to the rewards sign up. Once we received that we found out we had to keep spending hundreds for reservation fees, taxes, port fees etc.... and in the end trips sound like you have to go during off season and get crappy accommodations unless you pay to upgrade. Its a SCAM! Stay away and don't waste your time.

We watched a zoom video presentation about this travel club. It was supposed to be a 60 to 75 minute presentation. We were on the zoom call for 2 hours. they said, for watching the presentation, we would get 2 free airline tickets and a free 7 night cruise. They emailed our certificates. It is NOT A FREE GIFT for attending. There are hundreds of dollars in charges for this!!!! That is a dishonest company I would never do business with.

host of the very long presentation I was expecting perhaps 45 min... Nope 2hrs and he talked on circles and mostly had filler. My wife and I felt good about the zoom meeting.... We were on there with 4-5 other couples. As stated the price started very high like say 16,000 then dropped dramatically offered $3,000 discount for the first couple couples who wanted it we raise our hand and no one else did I believe we were the only one that were interested after the very long presentation.
We were then put into a different room with both the host and another person representing the company I mean it overall sounded good but after sleeping on it it did not sit well with us at all and looking up the company and reading the comments and reviews I feel better about not signing up I hope everyone avoids this and does not fall for this

This is a total scam!!! Please don’t fall for it like we did! The 90 minute presentation lasted for 130 minutes! They have several different people coming to you and try to offer you a better deal just to get you to sign up!! They are very strict in getting your information and making sure you follow through but when you need follow up, you get NOTHING! It’s fraud and they offer you great pricing for various vacations but it’s FAKE!! I cannot believe they are able to convince people to buy but they are very convincing advertising low prices! Don’t do it!! Also, the free vaccinations that you win, guess what? It doesn’t happen! I have called often and I am still waiting for the free trip!!! Don’t sign up or waist your money!!

This company was very high pressure sales. They offered free cruises and other benefits if you sign up. We got duped into paying them a couple thousand dollars. We tried to use their offers and they always came with disclaimers that made them impossible to use. They claim you can book hotels cheaper through them but the o line price was actually better. Please steer clear of this company and don’t give them your hard earned cash!

We attended the presentation that was supposed to last 60 minutes. Robert got on and talked in circles for over 1 hour and 45 minutes. The whole thing could be done in 15 minutes. They claim to be a travel wholesaler and using their service is supposed to save significantly on travel. They can not show any actual savings. Lots of pictures of various “hotel” rooms with no context on pricing. As others have mentioned the price starts at over 16,000 and then as time goes on the “for you today price “ drops to somewhere around 5,000. There is no way to calculate the actual pay back period. Plus the 19.99 a month forever. We finally got transferred to the “closer” for the “free” gift. Nick was then rude and insistent we answer questions on the “experience “ in order to collect our gift. We couldn’t collect since we had another engagement and we were already running behind as a result of the presentation running over 45 minutes past the allotted time. The expectation was we were then going to spend additional time explaining why we weren’t interested. Nick was also insisting we both needed to be on camera in order to answer the “survey” questions.
Don’t waste your time. Simply skip the whole thing and shop yourself. Whatever “savings” may be available is simply chewed up by the membership, processing and monthly fees.

Let me tell you, you WILL save money on exotic location condos, but you would need to travel at least 3 times a month for about 5 years to even get close to covering your payout. Cruises? NO SAVINGS, use VACATIONS TO GO. Customer service is VERY ODD!!! You get someone who takes your request and you will get contacted via email. They don't have specific lines to reach them. When they use the word "concierge " it really puts you in a frame of mind that you are receiving special service. NOPE!!! I asked for a hotel quote and yes, a few resulted in a $40 savings for 2 days stay,BUT I don't use hotels that often. Remember you are putting down over $6k PLUS DONT FORGET $20 a month forever. Just do the math. The old adage: if it sounds too good to be true, it usually isn't.

They promise you something for listening to them for 2 hours and got nothing! What a sham!!!

We signed up upon retirement with the promise that this “hassle free” way of booking vacations would be unbelievable! Well it has been - customer service NONE just pass the buck to complaints.

Our first time using them they booked us a hotel that wouldn’t put any living creature in - it wasn’t safe! Exposed electrical wire, door that didn’t not seal so you could LITERALLY see people walking by. So many issues impossible to list!! RUN DO NOT THIS COMPANY OR AKA MERRITT WORLD VACATIONS!

We just listened to a 4.30pm presentation that lasted to 6.30pm and then 1 more person trying to persuade us,then 1 person to tells our gift certificate would arrive the following morning with a number to call if needed.
The presentation was 1.5 hrs of waste of time plus repeating how we would be removed if we did not concentrate on the presenter. This is a membership of 19.95 per month - which apparently is how they make their money. Plus a one time fee.
Anytime cost was 16,000 our Today special was 9995 for 4 weeks with a special 4 weeks more for today.
And the highlight today was finding out that the free cruise with airfare requires us to pay for fees and taxes.
Don't waste your time.

We feel very much pressured to listen to their presentation and as they proceed, we felt the urge to leave. As they made their presentation, we felt being monitored via their cameras as they made us felt either unwelcome especially if there was a tendency for us to move away from the screen. They are very controlling.

Painful pitch. They try everything to dupe you into buying. The sales pitch is promised to be 75 minutes. It took 136 minutes before they let us leave. Terrible! And now I’m reading their “gift” is a scam. I’ll update the review if the cruise and airfare is free.

They have an affiliation with Limitless SkyTravel out of Las Vegas and owned by a pathological liar ( 4 times we were pro a refund)with matching employees

I love it a lot great experience

My wife and I just came from a presentation. The price started at 9995.00 .After the presentation the speaker said the first couple that says they want it we’ll take off 2 thousand. No one said anything and our salesman came in and said let’s go out here to a table and talk about the deal. He then presented us a price of 4995.00 . We still decided not to do it and after reading these reviews I’m glad We didn’t buy it. The staff were friendly though.

SCAM Alert! We went to a presentation by Boardwalk Resort Vacations which is evidently the marketing arm for RSI and were told we would get 4 weeks of luxury accommodations not just for ourselves but family members as well. In addition, we were promised to up to 60% off all travel including discounts on airfare and dining. They also said they could sell our current timeshare for a price that was completely unrealistic. If it's too good to be true then you know what that means. After getting home to research the company we found the website to be a scam site with a warning not to proceed. Terrified we were out thousands of dollars we went back to the Marriott Hotel where the presentation was given and asked for a refund. The salesman was not so friendly when he saw us this time. After demanding a refund with the sales manager Chris we were told the transaction was canceled and we would not be charged. We will see. If not, dispute will be filed with credit card company. Also looking into the Better Business Bureau to file a report.

Buyer beware! We fell for the scam! They are a real business, but what they offer in the presentation is not what you get. We were offered four “ value vacations” and and four “premier vacations“ per year. The value ones would cost $300 for the week and the premier ones around 500 after signing up and going through my on boarding I went to look at the site and check all the deals all the car and hotel prices I could get lower on Priceline, which is ironic because they have the Priceline cost right on their website!? I then tried reaching out to get in touch with them and there is no contact information on their website or any way to get in contact with a human being other than the concierge which is all email I then started searching, trying to find out who I could talk to, and thankfully went through my contract and saw that I had three business days to send a certified mail to cancel it. Thankfully, we got our money back. Definitely not a value stay away.

We attended a seminar today. The 1 one Star ratings are consistent with what we experienced today, AND the 5 Star reviews sound like they are the same sales pitches we heard as well. Read the reviews on other non-RSI websites and you will see consistent negative reviews, even on BBB. I don't know how they can maintain an A+ rating with such poor comments and ratings. DON'T use the complimentary gifts, they will cost more that gift. You have to pay $50 per person enrollment to use a $25 discount at certain restaurants up the 8 times. All of the "Free" cruises, round trips, Hotels and Luxury Accommodations all have "activation fees" from majesticadven.com plus all other kinds of taxes, processing fees, surcharges, port taxes, and gratuity which are not refundable. The 90 minutes spill was promised to be cut in half to 45 minutes by the "senior VP" of the company, we left 2 hours later in time for rush hour traffic. At the end of the presentation, the speaker offers $2,000 in cash to the first person that signs up for the $15,000 package deal? Then when the counselors come to your table, they offer the same $2,000 discount plus an addition $1,000 for military and first responders. Plus, you can pass the bum deal to 4 of your loved ones.

I feel it is a total scam! It all sounded wonderful - but first time I tried to use it - found I could get a much better deal just booking myself outside their website. When I complained - they told me to take it up with my sales rep - who to this day (several weeks later) I have still not been able to get a hold of. Reviewed on BBB - got response on that site saying they would be reaching out immediately - NEVER HAPPENED!! I also see from reading reviews - the "price" is never the same - I guess it depends on which group they are targeting at the time - we paid 7 grand and I am embarrassed to say I fell for the scam!
