If I could give it zero stars I would!
If I could give it zero stars I would. The customer service has been horrendous. We blocked out dates our son was not available and then had an exam booked for one of those dates! We requested a reschedule - not possible as no available slots so asked for a deferment. Was told that it would cost us as it was not within 2 weeks - which it was! Shocking service. The saga continues.

Great customer service
I’m a drum teacher and requested some MP3’s as I had misplaced the CD’s - they back to me with download codes for all three books. Excellent service and very friendly.

They charged me despite canceling.
They charged me despite canceling.
I canceled my subscription, but they charged me nevertheless, and refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service. Stay away!

Cancelled our 10 year olds drumming…
Cancelled our 10 year olds drumming exam due to a problem with the venue, but didn't notify us until 8 hours afterwards. We sat in the studio for an hour waiting pointlessly, after a 30 minute journey.Their response was indifferent and casual, just saying that it will be rescheduled.
Appalling customer service!
