I had RST do work in my home , 2 gents on 20th did the underfloor insulation and Kieth on 21st fitted a new boiler both was incredibly polite and very informative off work being carried out and left my home in the condition they found it, fantastic definitely recommend

Had my boiler fitted today by Gary and Lewis. The job was sufficiently done. Both worked hard and have done an excellent job. Gary was very helpful and took his time to explain how my new boiler works.

Recently had my boiler fitted by RST boilers. It was fitted promptly and efficiently. The engineer Keith was helpful and fitted the boiler to a good standard.

Engineer arrived this morning, Introduced himself very pleasant, got on with his job, very happy. Many thanks to the team behind the front line (engineers) as the whole process only took 3 days from start to finish 👍 👍👍

Keven is a asset to the company
I had a new boiler and Hive fitted through RST boilers. Keven fitted the boiler and Hive, he was extremely professional, polite and courteous. Keven arrived on time and kept me informed throughout. Before he went he made sure everything was working fine and that I was happy with the work completed. Keven takes pride in his work which he clearly displays through his enthusiasm and commitment to his work from start to finish. Thank you Keven, you are a asset to the company you work for. Keith installing our boiler today . Come earlier on time,job has been done nice and clean.
No issues at all .
All questions answered no problem at all.
Explained properly how it works and he did very tidy pipe work.

Fitter has left bathroom connected to…
Fitter has left bathroom connected to tank in the loft, on speaking to an operator in their call centre i was assured this would be resolved in the next few days and an engineer would be due out to remedy
Update the contactor failed to make us aware that he wouldnt be disconnecting water tank from bathroom taps so this is something we will have to pay for. Very unhappy about this, wouldnt have agreed to the works if id known what a ball ache this would turn out to be i had to beg them to replace the cupboard the original boiler was in, not a professional outfit imo, wish id got more quotes😥
