Great service

Fabulous service from Andy fitting my new boiler and Hive heating controls. Very efficient and friendly and tidied up after himself. Took the time to explain what he was doing. Would definitely recommend. I can’t thank James enough for sending this excellent engineer and a big thank you to the office staff for sorting the fitting so quickly.

Kevin visits Blackburn

Kevin fitted my boiler and I cannot fault his work on 19th January 2021, he finished his work within several hours and worked to a very high standard. He was extremely polite, well mannered and totally respectful to the needs of my family. Kevin is an asset. He was low maintenance and I would definitely recommend Kevin. Very happy!

I had a few issues with booking in an installation however once this had been agreed, it was smooth sailing. Keith fitted my boiler and I cannot fault his work, he finished within a few hours and worked to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Keith. Very happy

Fantastic friendly service

Andy came to fit my boiler and hive today. Was very friendly and did a fantastic job despite the terrible weather. He left everything nice and clean, tidying up as he went. My house is lovely and warm now, very happy.

KEITH - punctual - tidy - works hard - very professional!

KEITH who fitted my boiler, rang up the night before to confirm details and time of arrival to fit boiler, arrived on time, very clean installation, no mess whatsoever, and tidied up after himself when done!
Didn’t need to clean up after him! Fitted my boiler in attic, so was up and down the ladders all day! Worked hard! Very professional!! Thank you

Very Pleased

Today I had my new boiler fitted by Keith. He said he would be here at 8am and he was. He worked throughout the day in a very professional manner. He never stopped and when finished he cleaned and tidied up after himself. I would recommend this company especially with Keith as their fitter he is a real ambassador for their company.

5 Star Service from RST

Andrew installed a new boiler as part of a Government Grant scheme and comes highly recommended. The installation involved replacing the existing boiler built within the kitchen cabinets. I was so grateful that this was carried out without any damage to the kitchen. High standard of installation, couldn't have been more helpful and cleaned up all mess afterwards. 5 Star Service.

from the initial call to the survey and to the installation of the boiler.

Give them more than 5* if possible.

James arranged the installation at our convenience.

Gary and Lewis who fitted the boiler no 1 guys. Knows their job and excellent service.
