Grant approved and boiler and hive installed

After initial communication issues Rst boilers sorted issues and installation was successful that you to James for clear communication and Keith who fitted boiler and did a few extra things to ensure pipe was lagged and hive positioned. Thank you RST boilers.

Quality Boiler fitting

Gary and Lewis came to my house to put in my boiler, very helpful, they also kept the whole place tidy. They were very friendly and would not mind if you ask anything. Did the job properly and did not rush it. They also cleaned the whole place before leaving and can be trusted to do the job proper without you having to keep on checking on them

Great Job

Great service, friendly and professional. Great job by the engineers Gary & Lewis.
Very tidy left home clean after boiler installation inside and out. Highly recommended.
All they Need is a cup of tea to keep them going.

Happy with Service and Installation, Thanks RST!

Took some time in completing the boiler replacement, but got there in the end. Great team, good communication, cannot fault RST. Thanks to Sameer and James for all the arrangements and thanks to Ben and Rob for a great installation.

We had the lovely Keith fit our boiler and he did a fantastic job!! He provided us with a very friendly and professional service. He even left my house tidy before he left which was great as a mother of 3 young kids. Highly recommended.

Hard working and friendly

Gary spent twelve hours working on his own to replace my boiler. He was friendly, courteous and polite, and I felt completely safe with him in the house (which, as a single female, isn’t always the case). He worked quietly, and asked for nothing - he accepted brews but otherwise got on. Even asked if he could use the bathroom! He left my house completely tidy (again, very unlike other experiences) and explained everything to me really clearly. Really impressed by his kind approach and diligent work ethic. Highly recommended.

Fantastic job completed by Andy

Fantastic job completed by Andy! Andy went above and beyond to rip out an extremely old boiler that was ‘bodged’ He worked tirelessly to provide our family with a nice warm and safe boiler. He was very friendly, good sense of humour and it was a pleasure to meet him. Would highly recommend Andy!
A big thankyou to all the office staff and especially to James for sorting this out for us, we are really pleased with everything!
