I truly understand why some states don't accept these type of lending predators. I borrowed $3,500 from predator RSVPLoans.com because I was in need at the time. Although, I was thankful for the funds at the time, I didn't really look at the finance percentage rates until recently. I make bi-weekly payment of $258 and only $8.00 went to the principal of the loan and $250 to the interest. The total that I owe them back at this rate will be over $11,000.00. I was told that South Carolina allows them to charge up to 400 percent on these type of out of state loans. Shame on South Carolina and shame on RSVP Loans. This Covid-19 Pandemic has people desperate and these predators are ready to pounce. Hopefully, our legislatures will change these unimaginable interest rates.

RSVP is not my preference. By the time I pay them off I would have paid RSVP loans a little over 12,000. I borrowed $3,500. right
I asked for lower payments several times, the answer is always NO.
And I know it can be done. It’s called gauging .
Choose wisely when you need money.
My loan should be done at the end of this year. “2021” Whew it is tough.

While I'm thankful for the loan as my family is going through financial hardship like never before, I wish customer service would be better.
I understand that I took the loan out and my responsibility to pay back but like everything else in 2020 my family is taking one hit after another. Today I spoke to a female representative, thankfully it's a recorded line, she was extremely rude and made me feel more worthless to myself and family than I already am. I'm struggling to make payments but trying my best and staying in touch. My wife lost her job back in April with this pandemic and just has been a down hill rollercoaster for us.
I understand the urgency from RSVP to get their money back that's not the issue(I'm trying my best) but to talk and treat me like the way you did is really disappointing and frankly disturbing. So bad that after the phone call I actually cried in my car at work, because I feel horrible about myself and putting my family through more hardship. I really wish I could pay this back now, hopefully things will get better but as of today looks like we're going back to more shutdowns and the same crap that got my family into this mess.
I just wish your customer service was better, no one should feel violated after talking to this business. But I'm sure this wont be read or if it does nothing will change, I get it your money hungry, but I also have to feed my children. You will get your money back and then some as this loan is meant for failure with the high rates. I knew that going in and thought I can make it work, took the risk. Doing my best during troubling times.

My account was overpaid due to their late reporting. When I tried to contact them, their phones disconnect you repeatedly and they will NOT respond to multiple emails.

Total deception. I am glad I did not get the loan

"Gaelen" isn't very friendly. They ask you to send copies of your social security card which in this day and age, is totally absurd. I've also never had to do that with ANY loan. They send you emails that say your account has been updated but the page never loads and says it is an invalid address. Please do not waste your time. If customer service is bad BEFORE the loan, it will be worse afterwards.

I had borrowed from them now Iam having financial difficulties due to covid and not working I called to see if they could make the payment more affordable they gave me a lecture then told me no they harrass me everyday I gave them a cease and disist letter and they still call everyday sometimes 2 to three times a day.
Do not use this company as they pray on people with less then perfect credit.

Horrible customer service they are very rude especially a specific guy that works there name galvant. They verified under a company that does not support my job, which my job support different verification company. I provide by sending my verification papers from the correct company. They tell me the decision made off false paper work. This company is very unprofessional.

Impacted due to covid 19 and ask for help. This company refused to do anything and started calling my work place. Got information on people I lived with and started harrassment on them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My only debt that will not work with me.

I am past due on my account and I'll own that as my own fault. However after asking them to stop calling my work number they still refuse. I was told I need to log in and update my profile to stop these calls. I've updated my primary number but they still call my work phone.

Feeling super frustrated with this company. They told me I would hear back on approval by 5:00 pm today. I emailed them about an hour before asking if I could get an update. They responded that I would hear back via email by 5 pm. I never heard anything. Don’t promise something you can’t follow through with. I’m discouraged and anxious. If they can’t give me a loan that’s fine, but let me know so I can figure something else out rather than waiting 2 days to hear back when it’s promised I will hear back same day. It appears to be somewhat disorganized and I’m beginning to wonder if it’s a scam.

I have been unemployed due to Covid-19 as my family and I are high risk, but instead of working with us. They call 3-4 times a day harassing us telling us to stop being irresponsible and to get back to work and pay them. Completely disregarding anything we tell them. Even going as far as almost blaming us for being unemployed even though we had no control of the situation. All around horrible company. Go somewhere else there are much better companies out there

This loan was quick and easy with everything done online. They did contact my employer for verification, but that wasn't a big deal for me.

I had the loan for about a month and half, and was able to pay it off early online without any issue.

Their website could use a little polish, but it works and made this an overall pleasant experience for me.

I never thought I'd be in the position to need one of these expensive loans, but it bailed me out of a tight spot when nothing else was going to. Thanks for a great experience!

We got approved for a 2500 dollar loan and still havent recieved our money but there trying to collect there first payment already. Also at this point i would let it hit our credit then settle for a settlement that's the only way to really keep these guys from eating your pockets up

They violate fair debt collection laws. I asked them to quit calling me at work, the employee refused and threatened to call my HR department. They are aggressive, rude and harassing.

RSVP LOANS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The interest rates are over 200%! They prey on people who are down and in need of help. I cant believe a company like this is aloud to operate! For example, with their given interest rates, on a $2500 loan, with their “41 payments of $223 dollars every two weeks” you will pay $9143!!!!!!!! Dont be this ignorant!

This company claims they are better. I cant believe they are still in business. We have never missed a payment yet when a national emergency arises, they don't want to help. AT ALL. We are in a midst of a pandemic and my wife and I have lost our jobs. We have five payments left on the loan and they would not work with us. Stay away from this company. They will charge you unbelievable interest and laugh about it in your face. You have been warned

While the application process was so quick and easy, the issue I had was when I found myself needing money quickly and desperately there were only 2 loan amounts offered. I needed quite a bit more than $255 but quite a bit less than $2000. I planned to use what I needed then putting what was left back as payment. I can't remember why that didn't work out but I ended up making the lowest payment of $244 every 2 weeks. A couple of times I couldn't make the payment on the due date so I called to delay it for a few days. Customer service was always very helpful, professional and polite. I understand why the interest is so high for people like me who have lost their credit score but the amount I paid back for that $2k loan just blows my mind! Still I'm very thankful RSVP was there when I needed them and the customer service made the experience more positive for being treated well.

I applied a week ago with the approval code signed the online paperwork and was told my deposit would be in the bank 3 days ago. Then when I called they asked for documents, now no word at all. I don’t know whether to wait or find another company.

The refinance process, or lack there of, is terrible
