Thank you for leaving a review.

I have checked your purchase and can see that you ordered a roll of our self adhesive sponge strip. It is rubber but has a spongy consistency which is clearly noted on the product page on our website. We do sell solid rubber strips which are much harder, this may have been what you were looking for.

We appreciate that not everyone will know the differences between types of neoprene rubber and we're always here to help provide advice when needed.

If what you've ordered isn't suitable, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help further or arrange a return and refund.
