We have checked the Royal Mail tracking and it shows that the order was delivered today.

We use Royal Mail for most orders and find them reliable, unfortunately in this case it's taken a bit longer than usual for your order to arrive and we apologise for that.

The wrong thickness rubber!!

The wrong thickness rubber was accidentally sent when I phoned to question the my order it was realised it was a error on their part. The correct thickness rubber was posted that afternoon and was received the next day, thats what I call good customer service, thanks very much.
