Great stamp!!

Great stamp, made exactly to spec as anticipated. This is the third stamp I've ordered from Rubber Stamp Champ and all of them have been perfect--exactly what I had hoped for. These folks know what they're doing and deliver an excellent product in a timely fashion.

Thank you for your review. You ordered on a Wednesday and we shipped it the next Monday. We are only closed on Fridays. The post office took 5 days to ship it to you from West Coast to East Coast.

PRINTING INFORMATION ON STAMP IS


Updated my review comment from 1* to 5* after being personally contacted by company employee who explained what caused my ON-LINE information error. Received replacement stamp and I'm completely satisfied with my stamp. Will continue to order and recommend company.

Hi Geraldine - Thank you for your feedback. I think the stamp you chose and customized is too small on that last line and will have to go on the next size up...so the text can be more legible. and will most likely need to go on 5 lines. Customer service will contact you to suggest the larger size.

Very slow customer service

Very slow customer service. Package never made it to me. Front door camera showed no delivery but customer service told me to go around knocking on neighbors doors. Ordered from a competitor. Received a perfect stamp two days later for $5 less than Rubber stamp champ.

Not Performing as Advertised

Bought a stamp that was supposed to work on glass, plastic and glossy paper and an ink pad fast drying time of 10-30 seconds on most surfaces. The stamps come out all blotchy and drying time is over 15 minutes. Customer service did not help at all. They just blamed it all on user error. They claimed it did work good on "plain paper" as their test picture sample showed. But the stamp is not for "plain paper". Very disappointed and very misleading advertisement.
