Rubys Garden Boutique レビュー

Pleased with my purchase and the company was efficient and prompt.

Fantastic, great service.

A beautiful bistro set. Very elegant and well made. I saw this set elsewhere, but Ruby’s boutique had it well priced. They called to check delivery and it arrived in perfect condition. Overall a great experience!

Excellent customer service when the delivery didn’t quite go to plan! Kim kept us updated and sorted the issue. Table and chairs are just what I was expecting - had been recommended by family!

We love our new garden bench, and the service was incredible. Will definitely buy from them again.

Quality of goods excellent and Swift response to my enquiries. However, despatch and courier input regarding delivery let’s the side down and needs work so as to keep customer informed. Otherwise, well done.

Beautiful product, well packaged and delivered on time

Excellent communication re delivery. Outside dining set is beautiful, sturdy, well-made and attractive. Delivered on time and we’ll packed
Super service

The Europa Stone Tobarra Bistro table was exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased with purchase. Friendly and professional service.
Delivered within a week. Driver very obligingly placed the table in back garden for me.

Good people to deal with.

5 STAR !! Thanks to Sam and the delivery driver for their communications with me relating directly to the sale and later relating to the delivery of the items. It was first class and of the highest standard of simple efficiency.
In addition the delivery driver was terrific. He was so polite and accommodating and delivered the goods into my garage (quite a tight access) with enthusiasm and a smile throughout
Many other couriers could take a lesson from him.
My wife and I are delighted with our purchase and our experience of purchasing it from yourselves

Excellent service - delivered exactly when they said.

Great service, great products and delivery

Excellent selection, website and price match - great service

Beautiful Hampton coffee table for raised decking. Immaculate packaging and received within time. Very pleased with purchase.

Our order was entered easily. We were informed of delivery which arrived on time. There was an issue with one of the feet on a chair which was dealt with swiftly so I can say thank you for very good customer service.

After purchasing a bronze ornament as a gift, I phoned up to see if they could include a personalised message.
They were more than happy to do so.
Excellent customer service.

We bought 2 each of 2 different outdoor chairs + a semi-circular outdoor table and the products were of even better quality than we had thought they would be. The table is perfect for where we want it and the chairs are of a very decent size, very attractive, robust and comfortable. Additionally, the packaging was very protective and the service more than prompt.
Unfortunately, one chair got through quality control with an area on the upper arm rest that was faulty. Within less than 6 working hours, a satisfactory outcome had been offered by Ruby's Garden and accepted by me, so excellent customer service.
I strongly recommend buying from this company.
Since writing this, the company has certainly gone the extra mile by offering to supply spare cushions for the chair(s). These are not normally sold as items on their own, so the Customer Services lady (Kim) has spent time and trouble in making it happen. We are very grateful to her and the company for such a satisfactory outcome.
