Rubys Garden Boutique レビュー

Item as described. Despatched promptly. Good communication from vendor

Love my new table. Very sturdy and incredibly stylish! Just waiting for some hood weather now.

Fantastic service and could not recommend this company enough.

Thank you

They delivered exactly as they promised

Quick delivery. Good quality what more can I say

We came across Ruby’s just by chance when we were looking on line for a Glatz parasol and base. Kim was a delight to do business with and extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable when assisting us in choosing which parasol spec and base would best suit our limited patio space and also concerns about the weight of the base and how easily it could be moved. Excellent service from first phone call to delivery. We settled on a 330cm Alu Twist parasol in Kiwi and have say it looks very classy and feels sturdy! The tilt mechanism is a dream to operate for such a large brolly. Yes Glatz may appear expensive compared to others parasols but you get what you pay for and the Swiss engineers certainly don’t cut any corners. Very impressed and very pleased and going off what our friends say they must think so too. Thank you Kim.

Great experience from start to finish. Perfect in every way. Answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful bistro set, worth the wait.

Purchased garden table last year. Turned up promptly and extremely well packed. However 12 months down the line damaged. Stored in garage over winter (but I didn’t take photograph) took it out April and the edge is breaking away. Was referred back to manufacturer who said frost. Didn’t affect anything else in my garage! Has worked out a very expensive table with a company shoving responsibility. Oh was offered a replacement top for £120! Table not worth £50 let alone 579!

I was looking for a black or dark grey garden table made from sturdy all-weather material within a £1,000 budget. My choices online were very limited.
I managed to source a lovely 6-chair table combination at Rubys, but due to COVID, they were out of stock.
Due to the desire to have this set, I contacted Rubys and they told me when they expected their delivery to come in. True to their word, it came in, I ordered it and it was delivered to my home within days. And what a beauty it is.

Really straightforward transaction - the table and chairs are great, delivered in mint condition by a helpful, friendly driver, all at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?!

We found Ruby’s Garden to be completely professional. They were excellent with communications and responded immediately to our emails. They kept us up to date with our order and followed through after delivery. We highly recommend them and would happily buy from them in the future!!

Table and chairs arrived in perfect condition on agreed date.Staff very helpful and communicative. Would use them again or recommend to others . Delighted with product.

Very quick and easy service. Delivery was as advised. Was very happy with the Statue I bought both in quality and price. Would highly recommend anyone to use this company.

Very pleased with the service received, and the quality of the parasol that I bought. Would definitely use this company again.

Sorry. There must have been a mistake We have already sent a review along with a photograph of the table.
