Excellent quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. We ordered our pad during the holiday season 2023 shipping to the U.S. for our sons Christmas gift… as expected (and notified) there was a small delay but their pads handcrafted and customer service was very responsive. Our son was ecstatic, this is his 6th or 7th pad and by far the best. Will buy again.

This is the best drum pad I own! As a drum-line member, it is great to practice on a pad that has the same feel as a marching snare. The construction quality and sturdiness is top notch. I and many other member of our high school drum-line play on this pad daily and it continues to perform great!

Purchased the Corps Combi Deal for my son for Christmas. Received immediate communication from co-founder René to advise of how long it would take and what to expect. Received great communication throughout to keep me apprised of status. René also contacted me after product was received to make sure my son was happy with purchase and invite feedback for product improvement. My son has used the pad almost constantly for the last two days. Very happy with purchase and communication. Thank you, René!!

The customer service is really fast and very helpful. I have never had such competent and friendly customer service as rudimental drummers. The product was also high quality and fair to the price. I have nothing to criticize about rudimental drummers and wish there were more companies like them.

This is a fantastic drum pad and one of my personal favorite! I have tried several other pads and this one by far does the best in striving for that "real feel" of playing on an actual drum. The materials all look and feel premium and certainly worth the price if you can afford it.

Also, the Rudimental Drummers customer service is phenominal. Every inquiry I made was answer within a day or so. These guys are on top of it!

The only pain point is the long wait time for the pad to go into production, but I knew this before buying. So, if you want to have the pad by a certain time, you may want to order as early as possible. Otherwise, everything else was a very positive experience.

Excellent service!!! Kept informed every step of the way, replied and answered queries I had quickly and efficiently. Pads we bought were amazing quality and knowing they were hand made makes my partner and his son appreciate them even more.
