It's hard to find a good person to talk to. Rula had good profiles set up for each provider. I'm very particular about punctuality for appointments. My provider was ready before I was. She was also an amazing listener and by the time we were done I felt like everything just fell off. I don't write reviews often. I'm extremely impressed and looking forward to this process with them. They first step is always the hardest. My provider made it seem like I was missing out.... it was so easy and productive.

Great therapist
The therapist that are provided on Rula are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of categories that you can pick from to better help yourself.

Did expect insurance then didn't, they didn't tell me so I paid a lot. Then doctor was out of town and they did not have a back to refill prescription when doctors out of town. They have bad customer service all third party.

So far, it has been so helpful to me and giving me some guidelines and a lot of things to talk about how to change and work on my life to live. I appreciate Miss Miller my therapist. She is very good at what she does.

I was able to find a therapist that I feel well matched with and I have gotten a lot of help from them. The site is easy to use and it the experience has been smooth so far.

We truly believe that we are being discriminated against due to our origin being Middle Eastern. Waited a month for an in-person appointment. Got cancelled 2 hours prior to it. Rescheduled and bang got cancelled again 2 Hours prior to appointment. Rula continues to look for excuses and take evasive measure to explain what is going on. We have had 8-9 different interactions and every time we get a different answer. Still confused about what to do next. Rula and their agents lied and misrepresented the facts, acted on wrong assumptions and to cover it up lied again.

My first therapist did not work out. My current therapist is competent but not outstanding.

Sharana was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and actually cared about my feelings and what I was saying. I would definitely recommend her 1000% times over.

I have been in therapy a big part of my life and am now 65 years old. My therapist has brought to the forefront the root of my problems and now I feel I can work on the issue instead of medicating or putting a bandaid on the isssues.

My current therapist seems to be working out and avaliability with these therapists is usually within a few days.
