I really appreciate my therapist. She listens, provides support and is introducing a therapy, new to me.

I feel so relaxed talking to my therapist .

Gardine is a warm, friendly provider who listens and asks good questions.

My provider I’ve been working with is amazing and I hope I don’t have to ever find a new one. It’s very easy and convenient to be able to do my appointments from the privacy of my home. I’ve also not had any issues with insurance or billing which has been nice.

It was easy to find a provider for my specific needs and scheduling was simple. I am beyond impressed with my provider and I’m looking forward to future appointments.

Jasmine great listener gives good advice during the section making sure that you are comfortable.

The therapist was so wonderful very comfortable to be around to be comfortable to open up to her. I’m so blessed to found out wonderful Therapist.

My therapist makes me feel like I am having casual facetime call as she is one of my best friends. She is very easy to talk to. I have had previous online Therapy. Rula also makes it easy to login. I never have to make a password. I only need my email address and a link is sent to my email address where I am able to enter the portal where I schedule my appts and log on to my therapy sessions.

I feel that I have a good connection with my therapist and that she has guided me to changes in my way of thinking that have brought about major positive change in my life. I highly recommend Rula

It was easy and fast to schedule my appointments. I was given a lot of choices for providers.

I didn’t think my therapist could help, I didn’t even think therapy would help when I lost my son. My therapist was able to bring me out of a dark place and now I’m continuing to make progress.

This is my third time going to rula for therapy. Each time I feel safe and comfortable. They listen and tailor goals to look forward to. It's affordable enough that I can actually get the help I need as an autistic adult who needs structur and a bit of extra help

Jamie asked good questions and already assessed a plan for me. I felt comfortable. I felt she had experience in what I need help with. She is personable yet professional.

Excellent process and insightful, experienced therapist.

This was not a positive experience, and continues to be disappointing in how challenging it is to find quality healthcare. I am placing this review so other parents can avoid this company. Our initial consultation with Margarette Leandre, she only provided my son verbal instruction on tapering from a medication, and starting a new medication, which is a pretty big deal to leave to chance from a safety perspective. I asked for a copy of written guidance, and her response during the appointment was telling my son to take notes, which is ridiculous. I asked for written guidance again in the portal, and she said that would be fine but never did. They should not have people working in the mental health field who do not know what they are doing. Any time we have gone to a provider in the past, they are able to provide written documentation of what was discussed during the appointment. The second strike, was although we only had one appointment, they double-charged me. Luckily, I caught it, but it’s the fact that had I not said anything, they could continue charging for services not rendered, which is fraud. The third strike is I set up a consultation with a different provider to try to give them another chance, and with less than 24 hours notice, I received an email notification that Dorian Yates had an “emergency”… and no solution or back up psych. and/or therapist provided to make it right. So do yourself a favor, and don’t waste your time with this company.

Our marriage counselor therapist, made us welcomed and put us at ease instantly. His demeanor is very engaged and caring. He put forth a great amount of skillful strategies to begin, what we sense will make our counseling journey very effective and successful, for us individually and as a couple with longterm results!

Lisa Hines is an amazing therapist. The rula app is extremely easy to navigate through. The customer service team is very responsive and thorough!
