"RUN" Biting the hands that feed them!

I bought a water pump pulley 2 months ago after 'RUN' online order site confirmed this part for my car, but as it turned out this simple item was the incorrect fit. They sent the wrong part. I needed the next size down. Did they resolve my simple request for a quick fix return & replacement? No! It fell outside their "30 day" warranty return policy! Even after Emailing them with a simple explanation & photos they still said NO!! Unbelievable.. never again. Bureaucracy stomping on common sense!

Run Auto parts cannot be trusted.

I purchased a component for my Mercedes, it appeared made by a 3D printer and I had no worries with that, but it did not look anything like the part I ordered , nor would it fit my car. 30 day return policy so I contacted them and was offered $8 and keep it. Item was $16. I declined the offer and they sent the address to return it to. Promptly returned and now no refund and ignored with all communication. They are an Ebay advertised business and act as thieves. Be warned about these scammers.
