Nice doing business
I had trouble with my buds and got in touch with Runbuds which they got straight back in touch and advised what to do, which worked. But later I had one of the buds stop working so got in touch again, they advised me what to try but this didn’t work this time. They informed me that the buds were still in warranty which I didn’t realise. They sent me a new pair that very day. They get straight back in touch and are extremely helpful and I can only rate them excellent from my experience. Thankyou

The sound of these buds is excellent!
The sound of these buds is excellent. I happily discovered Run Buds recently: a company run by a group of highly professional sound specialists.
For running, for the gym, for my cycling, any activity you may think of, RunBuds are now my good buddies!

Comfy running earphones at a great price
The Runbuds website gave really helpful descriptions of the products on offer, and they were quick to despatch the items with progress notifications along the way.
The Runbuds Air are easy to use and fit comfortably. They were an excellent price, too!

A company with brilliant qualities.
It's quite rare these days to come across a company that ticks several required boxes. Not only are 'Runbuds' trustworthy & honest but they are also very professional, swift to reply, accommodating and kind. There was a sizing issue with a set of earphones but the individual who dealt with it
showed these qualities and more. She solved the problem promptly, even responding to my email out of work hours. Clearly I recommend this company.

Good service quick delivery comfortable and sound great
Having ordered two pairs previously for my wife and daughter both times experiencing quick delivery I ordered a pair of open box returns for myself again delivered on time and as good as new I was surprised at how well the quality of sound was and how comfortable I would definitely recommend them to anyone great value for money

I was looking for some ear pods for my…
I was looking for some ear pods for my special needs daughter. We were struggling to find some that suited her problems. I came across the RunBuds website, I left some questions on the site (this was Sunday). To my pleasant surprise I received an email Monday morning with not only the answers to my questions but also a recommendation on which Buds might suit my daughter. I ordered the RunBuds Pro as recommended. They arrived on Thursday and they are perfect. She loves them.

Excellent product and reliable company
Genuinely good product (runbud minis), fast delivery and reliable communication. Always a bit of a gamble ordering from a company you’ve not heard of before, especially if they’re offering heavy discounts - always makes me wonder what the products are really worth; but these really are good, and excellent value for money when compared with similar competitors (bought in sale at 40% off)

My socks are firmly knocked off!! I’ve never experienced such great customer service. I was super nervous about buying these headphones, the deal seemed too good to be true, but within days they arrived. I needed to exchange for a smaller size and they arrived even faster, with no quibbles. Now that the earbuds fit the sound and quality is brilliant!! I LOVE them and have found my new gift. Exceptional. THANK YOU!!!

Trying to contact company for some answers over a few issues. No-one responds to the chat, and there’s no phone number. No Twitter presence. Feels like yet another faceless company.

Fantastic product and amazing value! There are so many similar products out there with a huge price tag but these are affordable and work just as well, if not better. Keep it up guys and compete with those companies who have the cheek to rip us off! Your run pods are fantastic.

These are grate nice loud and clear sound I love them would recommend only problem I had id the delivery company stole the first ones but I spoke to the lady on here and she sent more out with royal mail tracked so that it couldn't happen agin and I received then within a couple days thankyou great service and friendly kerry bowers

Best buy ever!
I bought these as the reviews looked good, and couldnt believe that they could be that good at the price they were. But thought it was worth a punt for the price., after all i could always return them!
Well i am absolutely overwhelmed how amazing they are!!
They arrived super speedy, but they are so brilliant!! The sound quality is brilliant and they are so easy to use!!
In fact ive ordered another 2 lots since.. 1 for my partner and 1 for my daughter!
I would highly recommend them., far more superior than much more expensive ones ive bought in the past.. and they actually stay in your ears.

Great Customer Service
I originally ordered a pair of Runpods Mini. I got on really well with them, found them so easy to use. After only a few uses the right pod stopped working, wouldn't even pair with my phone, yet the left one worked fine. I contacted Runpods via online chat and was guided through troubleshooting, but to no avail. A replacement pair were sent out and I received them a couple of days later. On only my 2nd use of them, halfway through my run, the volume suddenly shot up and then they went silent. I put them on charge and when I went to use them again the right pod wasn't working or pairing with my phone. The left pod was absolutely fine. Again I contacted Runpods and was sent a pair of Runpods Pro as a replacement. I've used these several times now with no issues, hoping they'll do me through the London Marathon. So can't fault Runpods customer service, but there seems to be an issue with one of their products. I wouldn't recommend the Runpods Mini unfortunately.
