Communication is absolutely awful. It was great to get the line installed and it’s been a good Internet service since then. But communication has been awful at every stage. At installation, months went by with no contact. I contacted them (email is the only means of communication) and was told that they could install the following week if I wanted, which sounds good, but why was it that I had to chase them? It’s Sunday and we’ve had no internet for 72 hours. The last report from them was 48 hours ago. They occasionally respond to emails (not at evenings or over the weekend it seems), but there’s no phone number to call and there’s no network status report on their website. We are left with no idea what’s happening. I ended up buying a mobile internet router to try to get some internet, so I’m £120 down on that. Still got a bill from them yesterday though, so that still works. If only they could work out how to work the direct debit system.

Please do not use this business if you can help it. The owner is a complete disgrace - unwilling to talk to his customers and even acknowledge their frustrations. They are a terrible company with no customer service. Please avoid.

A great experience!

We live down a country lane and hell will probably freeze over before Openreach get here so when I saw these guys installing a fibre network down here a couple of months ago I got quite excited.

I booked an install date at my convenience and they turned up exactly when they said they would and what a nice bunch of fellas!

Ours wasn't the easiest of jobs - pole halfway down the lane and drop wire through the North West's equivalent of a tropical rainforest canopy! But it didn't phase them in the slightest and by lunchtime I had a super neat job, installed exactly where I wanted and more bandwidth than you can shake a stick at!

Really pleased with these guys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The installation crew were superb. Quick and very efficient .Very polite and understanding to someone who is a complete novice in anything to do with technology. I cannot praise them enough. A total asset to their company

From initial contact to final install, the clear and focused communication from all members of the team has been excellent. The installation followed with equal professionalism at a time and pace to suit the customers expectations and timescales.
Easy to understand terms and conditions with help at hand to answer any queries I had in setting up the agreement. Run fibre have impressed me and would have no reservations in recommending their services.

Caring and sort any problems that arise

Made a pleasant change to speak the same person on a number of different occasions answering various queries.
The installation was quick and efficient on date and time.

For 5 years we have fought BT and other suppliers to try and get them to supply decent broadband. No joy!
Just 2 weeks after encountering Runfibre, we were up and running with high speed connectivity. Excellent service and pain-free connection. Thank you.

would recommend this company, they ran fibre cable right into my place, connected me up to the internet with a good speed, like ten times the speed i used to have! The engineers were all very professional and did a great job, could not fault them at all.

Having had 3mb on copper connection for over 10 years , and waiting for BT to roll out fibre to house for most of this time , it was almost unbelievable that run fibre were rolling out a connection .

Trouble free installation and great connection . I choose 150mb which allows me to work at home for the first time .

All good. Could be even better if phone issue resolved. Totally unclear to me why l have a router with a phone plug hole but my phone jack plug wont fit it. Do l need to buy another type if phone or can l buy an adaptor.

After struggling for five years with a number of different suppliers (4, actually) to get our download speed up t 3Mb/s, Runfibre took exactly a week to get us to 150. The service was personal and monthly spend will go from more than £100 a month down to about £25 - once we get to the end of the other contracts.
