Run gum tastes good and & I think it's beneficial. I like everything about it except for me the price per piece is a bit high.

Really good the Taste got me at first but overall felt really good

I don't use the product that often but when I do I enjoy it.

I’ve waited over 3 weeks now and still haven’t received my Run Gum, it was the correct address the first time, please send it right away please I’m anxiously waiting on it.

I love Run Gum. I like all of the flavors but especially the mint. Their customer service is excellent!

I really feel like Run Gum gives me an extra kick in my step! I chew some before or at the beginning of my run and feel like I get some extra energy. If it's a long training run or endurance workout, then I will chew another pack mid way.

I was skeptical at first, but quickly became a fan. It taste better than I thought it would and I got a one minute PR in my 5K the first time I used it.

Great energy boost without the shakiness! Just good clean energy!

I wish the variety pack included all the flavors. Instead of just 3. Also a watermelon flavor would be amazing. The gum works great.

I’ve tried bubble gum, cinnamon, spearmint, and mint flavors; they’re all great! Not a caffeine drinker and loving the boost on training days. Digging the headband, too! The gum and the headband combo makes me feel like a pro...beast mode!

I love the product, it helps me a lot during races.

2/3 of the time I love this product, and it has truly helped me achieve some PRs, but 1/3 of the time the gum just disintegrates in my mouth (sometimes within 1 mile and I am not even sure if I get the full caffeine amount when it dissolves so quickly and I have to spit). I definitely cannot try and chew it after eating or drinking most anything but water. Perhaps it has something to do with the amount of salt present or PH or something, but I really wish it held together better.

Hi all. You can't beat RunGum. Tonight for example in 103 degrees temp, I had no problem keeping relaxed and upbeat due to starting my run with Extra Strength Spearmint. Perfect!! The Extra Strength is juicy and a pep in your step comes with it..😊see you on the run. 🏃‍♀️

Rungum works well for those who have experimented with other supplements and have come back to the product. For those who enjoy a less-sugary taste, and appreciate a titrated caffeine/taurine energy boost, Rungum makes for an easy supplement that's less expensive than a cup of coffee or energy drink (that also doesn't alter one's fluid imbalance as much).

For bulk purchases, I think the price is roughly 10-20% too high. Lower prices, or offer better deals for active users, that would incentivize more long-term purchases.

I love the energy, but once the mint taste is gone the gum gets really gross. Therefore, I can’t chew it very long.☹️

I bought the orange/red head scarf/dew rag. I wanted something that would absorb sweat on my forehead while also protecting the top of my head from the sun. This works fairly well. Could be a bit deeper. (I have a big head!) It works much better than my previous combination of a cap (does not by itself help with forehead sweat) and a scarf tied around the head (does not by itself cover the top of my head.) I'm going to buy one or two more. Love the vibrant colors!
