The best way to start my day and my run! Thank you RunGum!

I really like the gum. My least favorite is Mint with Cinnamon being the best. Is their a way to make the pieces smaller but still effective? I have yet to try 2 pieces because they are so big.

Astonished how much my friends are loving the product and how well it helps my workouts and focus during the day! I love sharing with others, it’s a great gift especially when you’re in a meeting with colleagues and friends!

I love the product. I use it on my long runs or when I feel fatigued at work. Once I familiarize myself with the website I found it very easy to use.

I tried the gum. The taste was ok. I can stand it but my husband won’t try it again. I thought it tasted like chewing minty vitamins. Not bad. What I really liked is the fact you don’t get shaky like too much coffee or some of those pre-workout drinks. I went for a run thinking I would make it quick and just do two miles. After chewing Run Gum I decided I could go longer and went ahead and did four miles ! THAT I like! 😃. So I give it a thumbs up!

I have only used RunGum during a 20.6 race. I began chewing at beginning (1 piece) and another around mile 14 (beginning to tire). I feel it really did help me over the tired hump and gave me a little kick. Next race I will chew 2 pieces midway for sure.

Run Gum has gotten be through 3 half marathons and several 5 and 10K’s I won’t chew anything but Run Gum when I’m working out! I love it!

Bubblegum is seriously my favorite. Whether I need it for a workout or when I have errands to run and I’m driving, this gets me through what I need to do!! It’s your go to without drinking those terrible energy drinks! Finally a good option for people that aren’t looking to destroy their bodies!
