Good product, late delivery
The product that i ordered was good quality and love it so much. I just get disappointed with the delivery. I track the delivery date and was expecting to arrive on the day they said, but they rescheduled it last minute, and was waiting for the parcel coz i will use it in my competition day.

Email communication at different stages needed
The product procurement & delivery experience was smooth. However, I got no email informing me that the product was shipped (or even after it was delivered), which was a disappointment.
Luckily, I was tracking the product delivery page so got relevant information from your website.

After choosing an order online, had to wait for few day, no update on my order. After chasing for a day. I receive an email my order is cancled. As the item was damaged.
Thank email received, for tell me its is frustrating and they understand and a code given for my next purchase 10% discount..
