They bring used shoes

My favorite shoe very happy and sometimes sad because of which color I need that time size is not there and from IG or facebook page if you don’t have size then remove it direct sometime I’m very upset 😢🙏🏼

very late delivery, unavailable website and customer service

I did not receive the item and my rating for the site is very bad

No status update and no delivery time estimation. More than a week and still no delivery yet

Superdelayed and after sooo many complaints delivered the wrong color!!! This is the last time I will order from runners!!!

U deliver to me deffirent size one smaller than the size..and until now the replacement is no more update at all.

I chose a pair of shoes and went through the whole process and got confirmation email however after a few days I was told that this shoes is not availabel, why was it in the list ?why you got my money ? I will never order from you again.

After 3 days of the order they said no stock.
Their website seems runs by itself

Delivery service is not good. I think you have to change delivery company because there have some scmar

Bought the shoes as a gift to my husband.
However, the box is damaged. Looks like it was bought from a second-hand store. Unboxing would have been nice, but I guess that's just how the way they store the shoes. Without any care at all.

My experience at Runner's sports was great .
