Very happy with my order

Ordered running boards. Couldn’t tell you about the product, just that I ordered them 3 weeks ago and never received them. FedEx lost the package and this company only ships through FedEx. I requested a refund and they told me it would take 3 days to make a claim for the lost package. Well it’s been 3 days and now they’re telling me it could be 2 more weeks (8+ business days) until I receive a refund. I was told today I would receive a call back about the package but alas nobody called. Extremely frustrated with the customer service for this company and I wish I had just went to a dealership and paid the extra cost to receive a product in a timely manner. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company.

I ordered from this company June 2 with the understanding that orders usually ship out in about 3 business days. After 10 days & no updates, I called. Calls take almost 24 hours to get returned (if they call back at all), Emails don't get responded to at all and forget the "agent" they assign to you. You might as well just talk to your self because they don't return calls. I finally got ahold of someone on the 15th to request a refund, but the company created a shipping label the following day, so now they are saying that the order was processed, so they can't refund my order. This would be great except that the product hasn't actually shipped! So its supposed to arrive tomorrow, but I don't see that happening since it hasn't even been delivered to the carrier yet. I am amazed at the poor customer service. I will be filing a complaint with paypal tomorrow when my order that they didn't ship doesn't arrive. Buy your parts from someone else!!
