I was given a gift voucher for Xmas for running shoes.co.uk

However, their website appears to have disappeared and when I emailed them to question the lack of stock on their website I was met with silence.

Clearly something is a miss!

Absolutely shocking company. Nearly 6 weeks later we have not received our shoes. They will not answer any messages. Customer service is appalling. Buy from them at your own peril. Only gave 1 star as not allowed to mark as 0 stars

First time using running shoes. Was impressed with the variety of women’s trainers and had plenty available in my size.
Prices together with the free delivery are very competitive and were cheaper than other well known retailers.
Delivery was quick and I was kept up to date about the progress of my order.
Will definitely buy from running shoes in future and would recommend to others.

I just love these gloves! The way they turn into mittens for extra warmth. Perfect for me when communicating with my Deaf friends when I need to sign. When finished signing I can change to mittens. Company promptly despatched my order. Shame it was held up in postal strike. Such is life

I have been purchasing Saucony Guide trainers for at least 10 years from a well-known online retailer of Sports Shoes (hint!. Comfort and reliability matter more to me than fashion.
This is the first time I’ve used runningshoes.co.uk and I’m very impressed with the VFM (including free delivery) and customer service.
To put things in context,I looked back through my order history to discover that 5 years ago I paid £10 more for a pair of Saucony Guide than this purchase. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends/family.

The under armour training shoes were excellent. The fit was perfect and I got a real bargain . Delivery was speedy

Purchased Altra Lone Peak 5. Email confirmation was the wrong size so I rang and they sorted straight away. Delivery was slow as they use Royal Mail. Took 5 days for them to arrive eventhough they were sent on 48 hr delivery. But very happy with shoes and service so would use again.
