Just made my first purchase from Runningshoes.co.uk and was very pleased with the outcome. Prices were exceptionally good, product was superb and delivery time impressive, especially as there was a postal strike in progress. Okay, it's an outlet for older stock, but so long as you don't mind last season's designs etc. its a great way of buying good quality kit for less.

Very good service. The running shoes were ordered on the Monday evening, free delivery and arrived on Thursdays morning. Shoes arrived in sturdy packing. Very pleased with the overall purchase and service.

Customer service was excellent - I rang up to explain that I needed the trainers delivered quickly. The chap on the phone retrieved my order and stuck them in the post on Friday - I received the shoes today (Monday). And they were a bargain too! Will definitely buy from them again!

I bought running shoes which, unfortunately, rubbed my feet on my first short run out with them. I had tried wearing them in the house first and they seemed fine. I can't return them as they're 'worn'. While I do appreciate that, it's impossible to know if they'll fit properly without running in them. I therefore wouldn't recommend buying running shoes online. Go to a shop where you can at least go on a treadmill or run around the block. It's a false economy buying online. I've also since been told by other runners that many high Street shops are more accommodating with' worn' returns (probably as it's a good way to keep loyal customers).

To be fair I was given a 20% discount for my next order (although I already had 15% just for signing up to their newsletter). I wouldn't buy shoes from them again though as the risk is just too great. I'm just left feeling very disappointed, I now have a pair of very expensive paperweights instead of running shoes and can't really afford to buy more.

Great quick service and kept you informed about postage all the way. 100% would use this company again.

Purchased new running shoes. Price was competitive, average delivery speed and product as described. Recommended, esp. if you know what shoe you want and they have it.

I'm extremely disappointed with my first and only experience with this company.
Drawn in with what looked like great prices, said 1 item left in stock so bought it and then decided to get another item as well as they offered 10% off my first order.
Not only did I not get my 10% off or an answer as to why when I emailed them I then got an email as my original item was now out of stock.
I cancelled my order as the item I actually needed wasn't in stock even though it was allowed to be purchased and on the principle that a basic response to my email asking why the discount was not deducted was never received or too much to ask fact zero response has been received from Runningshoes leaving me with zero confidence in them as a company.

Sorry Running shoes a very poor effort experience on your part.

I was after a new pair of trainers and found running to be the best option. Good advice, Quick delivery - ordered 2 pairs for sizing and returned the smaller size for a super quick refund.
