In my opinion, this appears to be a criminal operation running through the fraudulent site plaidpocket.com. Based on my experience, funds in a plaidpocket.com account cannot be used for external transactions except to russianmeds.com. Support via Telegram seems unavailable; their last communication was over a year ago. These entities list no physical addresses, making accountability effectively impossible. I strongly advise staying away from this business.

Very poor customer service. They ignore emails. You can send 20 emails and you will not receive any response. Since January Im trying to receive answer for simple question: They also ignore comments. "Please send all products in one package" - the same. They split order anyway ant then you wait one more month for second part of the order

I recently placed another order from Russian Meds and it arrived perfectly to me in the US. The first couple attempts faced challenges with customs clearance but Russian Meds was very responsive & resent my package. They even offered to refund what I paid if it ended up not making it to me. They are trustworthy & honest. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I highly recommend them and will continue to place more orders. Thank you Russian Meds!

Unfortunately, I ordered 8 boxes of Cerebrolysin and have only received 2. They responded to my first inquiry saying that the order was sent into separate orders. But then they stopped responding and I have not received six of the eight boxes. That I paid for an ordered.

This is a Roque Pharmacy, distributing low quality or fake medicines, prohibited by FDA.

Reliable, quality product, ships anywhere, and always incredible packing. Customer service Is also available and they will work with you on issues, overall a great experience 👍
