All good!

Было не быстро, но все доставили. Отвечали на письма оперативно, помогли изменить заказ без всяких проблем. В целом все достойно.

Die Ware ist einwandfrei angekommen.
Die Bezahlweise über moonpay hat funktioniert, obwohl ich Sorge hatte, dass das klappt. Ich würde die Zahlung per Kreditkarte bevorzugen. Anfangs hatte ich nach der Zahlung nichts gehört und musste nochmals nachfragen. Das hat die Lieferung um 1 weitere Woche verzögert.

I highly recommend RxEli in terms of…

I highly recommend RxEli in terms of quality. However, the shipment is extremely slow, which could potentially affect the quality of the drugs. Additionally, the payment process is difficult and always requires KYC, which I find inconvenient. The payment gateways change each time for a payment.

On delivery: your parcel reached Canada in 9 days, then it was held by Canadian customs for almost 3 weeks 😱 before Canada Post delivered it (unfortunately outside our control)

And good news on payment: we’ve now launched a more reliable Visa/Mastercard card payment method, so it should be much smoother going forward

Fingers crossed this time it gets to you much faster!

Everything went well with the order. I had some questions regarding the payment and the customer service was very helpful. Also I received my order quickly which I was happy about. Thank you!
