Tried to phone,no answer. Very disappointed poor TV/Monitor stand
Tried to phone, voicemail left
No answer on chat.
Chased order twice, it took over 2 weeks including bank holidays.
I couldn't believe I paid over 60.00 for a damaged piece of wood.
The TV/Monitor stand is not complete.
No pre-drilled holes.
The stain is so thin and nothing like the colour agreed. I took the trouble to even send this chap photos of my oak unit to make sure stain was near.
The wood is damaged in several places.
Do not use this company as Kristian O'Callaghan - Director, doesn't answer the phone now.
I've just had an operation on my hand, was so excited the stand was coming today, little did I know I had to build it on arrival!!! It's useless to me.
Can't really call it a stand it's not yet built!

I just wanted to clear a few of these points up, as they are inaccurate and misleading.
You sent me a message and left me a voicemail at 1 pm, and I got back to you at 3 pm (you left this review in that 2-hour period). I work in the workshop making products throughout the day, but will always try my best to get back to inquiries the same day, which I did on this occasion.
The monitor stand was complete, and it does state in the product description that the stand sides are sent detached and need attaching with the fixings provided, so this should not have been a surprise. You contacted me before ordering to ask for a recommendation on wood finish to match your unit. I recommended the rustic pine finish, and you ordered the antique pine finish, which is a completely different colour and explains why it was not a good match. I have cleared this up with you when showing you your order details and my recommendation.
After we spoke and cleared a few things up we did agree that the product was delivered as ordered, and you chose not to return the item. I would have appreciated the opportunity to get back to you before you decided to leave negative reviews.

Console table
Bought a console table for my hall and the delivery was quicker than I expected. Very easy to assemble, just the legs which needed to be screwed into place. I’m chuffed to bits with this piece of furniture, the quality is amazing, well worth the price and looks so stylish in my hall.
