Tom initially helped us negotiate our purchase and sale and was great from the get go. Catherine worked hard to liaise with all our parties and provided suggestions and solutions to the obstacles along the way. Catherine was regularly available with updates for us and there were even unsociable hours including evenings and weekends where I could get in touch with her. Great experience with the estate agency team. Ada is very proactive, and chases solicitors/clients to make sure the transaction moves forward. Can't fault the sevice, and proactiveness in any way!

Ada was fantastic. She kept me up to date at least once a week and sometimes more often when necessary. I never had to chase her for anything as she was always one step ahead pre-empting any questions I may have had. I highly recommend the Heywood branch of Ryder.

Jenna and Ada were very friendly and very supportive. Communication was very good, shame same couldn't be said about solicitors. They both went above and beyond to try and keep lines of communication open and to help keep us calm through a pretty stressful situation.
