I am so glad I chose Ryder and Dutton for the sale of my father's house. I was initially selling as Lasting Power of Attorney for my father, but he sadly passed away during the process and my role in the sale passed over to the solicitors who were executors. Additionally, I do not live locally to the property. Catherine Salisbury, at the Heywood branch, supported me through all of these difficulties. She kept me informed every step of the way, providing support and advice whenever I needed it and ensuring she had handed over to other members of the team if she was on leave, so that there was continuity. She made a difficult and stressful process run very smoothly, and I cannot thank her and the team enough.

I have just completed my (very) long awaited move which was handled by Ryder and Dutton and particularly Catherine and Jenna. They were so helpful and profesional and always kept me informed and in the loop. I received regular calls and emails which was much appreciated and always responded quickly and efficiently to my many queries.

Both Ada and Jenna, were tremendously instrumental in bringing this house sale to a close, despite every stalling tactic used by the buyers solicitor, who most certainly was responsible for prolonging this process for the unnecessary and ridiculous amount of time taken, causing additional stress and frustration to all concerned. Ada was fabulous when looking after the sales progression of our property purchase. We were kept very well informed - often receiving updates on progress before our solicitors had updated us!

We recently sold our home and are very glad we chose Ryder & Dutton..Catherine Salisbury handled our sale and was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout. Communication was great, we always received a prompt response to any questions and received regular updates from Catherine.
Our case wasn’t completely straightforward (nothing to do with R&D) but Catherine was so helpful in supporting us through it and taking any pressure she could off us!
Fran who valued our house initially was also really personable and friendly and immediately put us at ease as it can of course be stressful! She was very positive about our property and we had a good feeling from the outset which proved to be correct.
