The service I received from Ryder & Dutton in Uppermill was really wonderful. Nicole McCarthy did a great job and kept me informed throughout the process. Superb House Buying Experience
After having previous dealings with other estate agents in the past, Ryder & Dutton do certainly stand out above the rest. From a really friendly initial contact when buying our new home, Adam Yates was superb throughout the whole process, giving us weekly updates on progress and ensuring communications with the vendor were quick and effective. Professional advice was always on hand and Adam made our house purchase experience as seamless as possible. Highly recommended !

The representatives of ryder dutton have all been extremely helpful and supportive from the early stages with Georgia to the process of seeking closure and contract completion.
In regard to the later, Geraldine Marsden has been extremely positive and has assisted us greatly in navigating the traumas of dealing with our and the buyer's solicitors.
It's been a pleasure working with her.

Our agent Jenny Boyle was fantastic
Our agent Jenny Boyle was fantastic. She took over our case half way through due to a staff leaver and was amazing from start to finish. She was always contactable, always returned our calls and kept us in the loop. When it looked like we wouldn’t be able to move due to timings and tight deadlines, she pushed and pushed to ensure things happened and we are now in our dream home after many stressful months. I have no doubt that Jenny is a main reason why we got there in the end. The rest of the staff at Ryder and Dutton were all lovely too, very polite friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much!

Great service from Ryder and Dutton
Great service from Ryder and Dutton! From the initial visit from Alex all the way through to completion. Recommendation
From start to finish it's been a very good experience. The assessment of the valuation of my property was thoughtfully conducted and thereafter the whole Ryder & Dutton team made it possible for me to view many varied properties, so I could decide what would work best for me to downsize to. The follow up work regarding the sale of my property was carried out in a very thorough way, all queries responded to as soon as ever possible. The weekly update was a good thing, even when I had nothing new to report, that point of contact was very reassuring. Thanks to everyone at Ryder & Dutton, Uppermill.
