Conor was our Mortgage advisor and he was absolutely fantastic.
As first time buyers, we were a little nervous and overwhelmed with the whole process, but Conor made sure to explain everything in terms we could understand, and was there for us with every step.

Conor and Lizzie were brilliant to work with. Conor was absolutely incredible and such an amazing help. He went through every detail with us and made sure we were 100% happy and informed before we moved any further. I could not thank and recommend him enough.

Everything has been smooth and fast! Michael, Shoaib, Holly, everyone behind the scenes have been great and available to talk to and anytime we had questions, we were provided with quick answers and solutions.

For my Mortgage I have been helped by Vicky Charlesworth and Cassie Coates, being a first time buyer and not really understanding a lot of it, both Vicky and Cassie have been amazing at guiding through the process and explaining things in such detail in particular if I am ever confused on anything giving me a call to talk it through I can’t speak highly enough at how both have gone out of their way and been so kind and supportive throughout the process.

I recently used Ryder & Dutton Mortgage Advice Bureau for my mortgage in Oldham, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Rob Paley was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain the financial risks involved and made sure I fully understood my options. Despite my CCJ and the rate increase in April, he worked incredibly hard to secure me the best possible mortgage deal. His knowledge, honesty, and support really gave me confidence throughout the process.
I also want to give a big thank you to Katie Sleightholm, who was fantastic throughout. She handled all of my admin questions with patience and responded incredibly quickly every time. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made the whole journey feel smooth and stress-free.
