My mortgage got approved very quickly (5 working days from submission) and I thoroughly trust their expertise. I'll be sure to use their services in the future when it's time to remortgage. Me and my fiancée are first-time buyers, so clear, effective communication has been absolutely paramount for us throughout the process. From the very beginning, the experience has been superb. I was initially helped by Rob, who is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and always took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, no matter how small the question. That alone made what can be a very daunting process feel far more manageable and reassuring.

As we progressed, I began working with Katie, and although it hasn’t been for long, she has been just as communicative, helpful, and friendly. Both Rob and Katie are quick to respond, efficient, and genuinely seem to care about making sure you understand what’s going on at every stage. I can highly recommend Conor and Lizzie. Conor really knows his stuff. I was updated every step of the way and clearly advised on all aspects of the process. Conor even responded whilst he was off on his Christmas annual leave, a lot of care and thought went into the process which can be overwhelming at the best of times, especially around Christmas.
