We had good communication with Andy & also with Lucy Simpson who kept us up to date with everything we had discussed & advised us on how to collect certain information.

​He explained the process thoroughly and reaffirmed the steps as we reached each stage, including when Lizzie would become involved to support the application. I really appreciated this, as I don't deal well with an immediate change of contact person.

Vicky Charlesworth and Cassie Coates were brilliant and helped me so much as well as saving me a lot of money. They were communicative, understood what I needed and had knowledge of where I was up to with my mortgage, insurance and house purchase without me having to explain each time I spoke. I couldn't have asked for more from them and I'm really happy with how everything went. They made sure I knew when they needed info from me and they always stuck to, or were available for, agreed phone appointments.
