my experience with sharelle at ryder and dutton was amazing , she was extremely helpful , clear and understanding to us as first time buyers , she took time to answer all questions and respond to my emails promptly , l was always kept up to date and felt supported from start to finish , l also appreciate cassie , she was excellent both in communicating the process and keeping us up to date . l will definitely recommend ryder and dutton for your mortage process, they make the process easy and smooth.

I wish I could go higher but I have to say I have been very disappointed. As a first time buyer everyone told me I should use an advisor however my experience has not been great. Ryan told me right in the beginning that he would handle everything and talk me through the whole process. This has turned out to be a very stressful process as I have constantly had to chase for everything only to be told that he couldn’t speak to people on my behalf. I have had no direction and especially when getting my documents together, having documents rejected but not told why was very frustrating.

I was promised a lot in the beginning that just wasn’t delivered. I’ve paid a lot of money for a service that just wasn’t up to standard for the price.

Ryan is absolutely brilliant, keeps me up to date with the process, answers any questions I need answering and is very informative and is willing to search for the best deals!
