THE BOX DID NOT INDICATE PURCHASE TWO MORE BATTERIES YOU WILL NOT GET A CRISP CLEAN LINE GRASS WILL STILL STICK UP. LEVER DOWN TO ONE STILL MUST GO OVER THE AREA. LIGHT WEIGHT IS OK BUT YOU NEED A GOOD MOWER FOR PROFESSIONAL GRASS CUTTING AND THIS IS NOT IT.

I called 3x with the response being a tech will call you back.....never happened. Finally when I got a tech he talked to me like I was 3 years old. Bought it 2023 but he told me the batteries were installed in 2021...horrible customer service offerd no place where I could get service for my mower

J'aime bien les produits Ryobi mais ce petit aspirateur à main me déçoit : il aspire, oui, mais en faisant beaucoup trop de bruit !

j ai acheté 1 tondeuse sur batterie en juin 2025, je l ai ressortie ce we, je précise qu elle est rangée dans mon garage et qu il n y a pas d humidité.
le caoutchouc de la poignée c est ouvert.
j appelle le magasin, j envoie 1 photo au responsable qui contacte le commercial de Ryobi. la réponse a laissé pantois le vendeur et moi aussi!!!! pour le commercial ça été coupé avec 1 cutter!!!!!! donc aucune prise en charge! quel abruti.
c est le magasin qui va me réparer ma poignée.
conclusion: service après vente ryobi c est de ma m.... à fuir!!!! pour ma part ce sera le dernier outil ryobi que j achèterai !!!

Produit ne fonctionne plus au bout d'une heure ! Pas de réponse à mon mail. Je suis très mécontente et déçue

I purchased an electric pole branch trimmer on 1/6/26 at Home Depot in La Paz, Mexico. The Mexico element is key to this review. During the third use, the trimmer started leaking oil profusely from the housing of the unit. I contacted Ryobi customer service, and they directed me to take the trimmer to a service center in Virginia (the only available service center) - 2702 miles away. Buyer beware!

Très bon magasin, des prix raisonnable

Worst customer service ever. Had a vacuum replaced under warranty 4 times in a year, and was sent a new vacuum each time. Each one had same defect. Contacted customer service via email, and told they can't issue refunds, and told to call and speak with a supervisor. I did, was told again they can only replace vacuum with a new one, and would send one right away, and hopefully would not get a defective one. It has been a month and still no vacuum sent. After contacting again told order is still being processed. They still refuse to issue refund, or offer any compensation

I have purchased many of the Ryobi products and I have been thoroughly pleased with the cost and the products they sale. However I recently purchased a magnetic light that cost 40$ and it is a piece of junk. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I called them to let them know what happened that I had dropped it on the floor a I feel it broke the magnetic end where the battery goes in. I even told the guy I didn't expect them to replace it since I did drop it but because of the way it was made I feel they should rethink how fragile it is. The o n ly response the guy would give is it's not warranty issue. I wasn't getting the message across I guess. To me 40$ is alot to pay for a light so fragile. Most lights that are screwed on have threads all the way around where u screw the cap on. This light is made cheap as far as I'm concerned. The light was put on side of my tool box and fell on the floor and busted the end of it.I suggest anyone who might think on purchasing this light first examine the magnetic end before purchase.... I almost forgot to mention the battery that comes with it has to be charged separately from the light unlike most USB lights u can plug in directly to side of light. This one u have to physically remove the battery.

Site facile d'utilisation, choix par catégorie et sous catégorie. Réception des produits sous 3 à 5 jours donc assez rapide. Produit de bonne qualité et batterie utilisable sur tous produits. Je recommande.

Horrible customer service I had a battery under warranty been 3 month and still haven't received my replacement even after it got approved

Breakdown of the attachment on our tyre inflator, the part screwed onto the tyre valve would not hold up. Customer Service very poor at responding for a repair. New replacement machine sent but still in our original box. Told them we were not happy and asked if it could be replaced with a new tyre inflator with better valve attachment but Ryobi have refused. Rapid repair service was useless. Would not recommend, poor customer service and aftersales service.

Dans le mode d'emploi, il vaudrait mieux commencer par le montage du manche et des accessoires, avant de monter les roues dentées. Mode d'emploi difficile à lire, surtout dans les sens de positionnement des roues dentées. De plus, dans le paquet, la gaine contenant le fil d'alimentation commençait à se couper. Sinon, à l'utilisation, la machine gratte bien la terre, ce n'est pas profond mais il ne faut pas trop demander.

My Ryobi cordless drill has given me many years of good service. As a woodworking hobby enthusiast, my Rhobi cordless drill has never let me down. So handy when I'm working in my downstairs workshop, out in the garage, outside, anywhere around the house. Today I had to finally replace the battery. My new battery works very well and at 78 years of age I expect this battery will last as long as I live. Thank you

I bought the 18" pole hedge trimmer and the shear/shrubbery kit. I haven't tried them on the shrubs yet but they made short work of clearing out my flower beds. Usually it would take both of us all day, took me an hour.
