Sabersense レビュー

This hilt is spot on looks the part and sound awesome and Chris at Sabers sense his install is first class near, tidy I definitely recommend Chris for an install 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Easy to order any questions answered promptly even checking that my order was what I wanted & if I needed anything else added.

Chris was exceptionally detailed in the work he does for fixed lightsabers aswell as upgrading them. Communicating high standard. Could not recommend enough.

I have been buying neopixel sabers since 2018 back when crystal shard was the standard I have owned over 40 now and half being from custom installers. This was by far the best experience I have ever had Chris was fast and responsive getting a made to order saber done in just 10 days everything about the experience was so personalized the install is incredibly well done and he prints you out instructions specifically for your saber and how to use it, he makes a personal video for you on your exact saber and the build and sends you a very nice sabersense magazine with all of the information about all the sabers he has worked on in the past I will 100% be getting a install done by him again in the future couldn't recommend sabersense more :).

Truly exceptional customer service. Chris went out of his way to update me at every step of the way and the build quality is exceptional

Huge thanks to Chris for helping me build my Desert Wanderer — his advice and support were spot on throughout. He also tweaked my ESB MPP to perfection. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the hobby. Highly recommended!

The quality of the builds and the, quite frankly magnificent, customer service by Chris sets Sabersense apart from the others,

Highly recommend.

Thanks Chris and MTFBWYA

Contacted SaberSense in regards to some issues with my neo connector. The whole process from contact to fully repaired and returned Saber took a week, and the Saber is working perfectly. Highly recommended

Chris as always did fantastic work servicing my saber to get it ready for me to sell. Lovely overhaul on the proffie config and even did a video for the lucky buyer. Well priced fast service with attention to detail paid in the config

100% will keep coming back to Chris

Chris’s work is impeccable and clean. His programming skills are top notch as well. He takes good care of his customers. This is the second install that he did for me with the Magic of Myth (MoM) along with Veracity Labs crystal chamber in a Luke Cave Hero hilt and I could not be happier nor more satisfied. I have my 3rd install going his way as he is just a pleasure to deal with. He kept me updated along the way and is abundantly transparent with pricing and everything he is working on behind the scenes. For this latest install, he used his network and contacts within the lightsaber hobby to find a MoM hilt from somebody that was looking to sell. I quickly scooped it up and the rest is history. Great job as always Sabersense! To re-iterate, he is simply the best!

Sabersense are quite frankly magnificent. Chris C, who owns and runs SS, is hugely passionate about his craft. Nothing is ever too much trouble; he is always polite and respectful, and I find it a pleasure to discuss my Lightsaber needs and requirements with him. His knowledge and experience are incredible, to say the least.

This will be my third Lightsaber build that Sabersense has carried out. I'm already looking to see what saber comes next for me. That bit I'm not sure of just yet. What I am 100% certain about though, is that it will be Sabersense who will build it for me. I will never ever go elsewhere.

Superb
Chris is friendly and strong with the force

Amazing. Chris helped me configure my saber and was beyond helpful. Will order from again

Great communication from Chris, he couldn’t be more helpful. Great costumer experience and his installs are second to none. You can really tell the passion he puts in to all his work

Excellent customer service and good communication.

The best install experience I've ever had and the work is absolutely top notch, I will 100% be getting more installs done by SaberSense

Chris is an absolute pro who always does a fantastic job. From the start he was very clear with his communication and he knows lightsabers inside and out!

He installed two sabers for me that I had a couple of requirements for. I was able to discuss exactly what I wanted, he was very clear on what he could offer and discussed everything thoroughly before proceeding. Throughout he was clear on timescales and always friendly and polite to talk to.

The result is two beautifully installed sabers that he managed to finish up very quickly - delivering before Christmas which was even sooner than I'd expected!

I'd 100% recommend him for anyone who needs a saber installed. He is super helpful, does amazing work and can do some astonishing things with both the hardware and software side of things! I couldn't be happier

When I made contact Chris was very helpful and transparent about what he thought the problem with my Sabers was and what he could do to fix them. Provided me with each option and explained how much it would cost in estimate.
Once we agreed, my Sabers were repaired within a short amount of time to a high level of quality.

Extremely quick and efficient service at a good price

Sabersense provides a high level bespoke service for Lightsaber enthusiasts with excellent customer interaction and service. I have worked with Sabersense on several occasions and look forward to working with them again in the future.
