Bought cards with windows and envelopes. The card is really low quality, more like paper than card. The windows aren't cut well and they have rough edges. The envelopes were already stuck closed.

Unable to speak directly to check specifications. Sleeves ordered 2nd June consequently were not the size needed. Not able to phone to re-order more suitable sleeves. So have gone elsewhere and received excellent customer service from an alternative supplier. Nothing to add this says it all.
