The travel agent that assisted me with booking my Umrah trip at Safa Marwa Tours was Abdul Rahman. We went to Umrah on 3rd July 2025 until 13th July 2025. Abdul was very informative, transparent and efficient. He gave us several packages and hotels to choose from with different dates and airlines with a range of prices.

Abdul also processed our e VISAs very swiftly with no difficulty. He used clear communication and asked us for the information he needed to process the e VISAs without delay. He confirmed the package with transfers and zirayahs included. This made our travel a lot easier during our trip and we gained beneficial knowledge from attending the zirayahs.

We booked a city view double room at Saja al Madinah Hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were very rude and did not honour our booking and gave us a room with no natural daylight and windows that look onto other rooms so the curtains were closed for the entire stay. Therefore this review is 4.5 stars instead of 5. However, the Worth Elite Hotel in Makkah deserves a 5 star rating for their excellent and freindly customer service. It is placed 15 minute walk away from the Haram on Ibrahim Khalil Road where there are plenty of restaurants and shops, closeby.

The driver in Makkah/Madinah was Khadim Husain was very friendly and efficient. He turned up on time and happily drove us around. He was very engaging and shared his knowledge during the zirayahs. I would happily recommend Safa Marwa Tours to my family and friends and will in’sha’Allah use again.

I received great service from Abdullah Hammed. He was patient, clear and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend him.

Fahad Naveed is very good with providing a great service he keeps up with all the bookings and is very helpful . I would recommend him to everyone because he takes a lot of time and care to makesure clients receive the best offer when going to umrah which is a life time experience Safa marwa tours never disappoint .

Fahad Naveed has been very helpful in arranging the flights and hotel accommodation for my forthcoming Umrah. He is polite and courteous. He has delivered my tickets and hotel vouchers in a timely manner.

I strongly believe that he merits a 5 star review.

It was my own problem that I withdrew the Umrah visa application after paying for the visa fees to these guys and asked for the refund. These guys are truly genuine and I would advise everyone to understand the process first from them and then pay to avoid a similar case like I had. Qasim thanks for refunding me the complete amount.

I booked my umrah package with Safe and Marwa Tours with Abdul Rehman. Everything was so well done, on booking they worked really well with us to find the right hotels that suited us. They provided me all the information and documents I needed prior to our trip. And during our trip they even checked up on us to check whether everything was okay. So great customer service. We had constant access to a whatsapp number for all of our travel while in Saudi which made everything stress free. I was really impressed with their service and the quality they delivered. I was hesitant to leave a review before my umrah trip because I was unsure how it'll would all go. But I am so grateful we booked with Safa and Marwa Tours, amazing service and good prices as well. I would definitely recommend, in fact I have already recommend Safa and Marwa tours to others.

Turned what was supposed to be a spiritual journey into months of stress. Failed to deliver what they promised and ignored our messages. Awful customer service.

Never expected a Muslim company to cheat it's customers, no less one organising umrah.

If you're thinking of booking with these guys, I'd advise you to think again. If you've already booked make sure you have everything in writing as they will make promises and tell you they the package includes stuff that they will later tell you they never agreed on and isn't written.

Their owner calls himself a maulana but he didn't fix the issues after calling him and is apparently fine with his staff cheating his customers.

They first removed the breakfast from our Madinah hotel that we agreed on - which we later ensured they added. However when we got there we found they hadn't booked the ziarats as we had agreed and they stopped responding to any of my messages.

I booked my first Umrah package with Jahanzaib of Safa and Marwa Tours. I have to say that Jahanzaib was extremely helpful from start to finish. He guided me very well, was very professional and patient with me.
I am very satisfied with everything Jahanzaib arranged from our flights, hotels, visas, car transport and ziyarat.
I would highly recommend Safa and Marwa Tours and Jahanzaib as your agent to anyone thinking of doing Umrah and Hajj.
You will not be disappointed.

I booked my umrah trip with Safa & Marwa Tours and brother Abdul Rehman help me throughout with the booking process. I had to book with my wife and my new born child and we needed the ideal hotels next to Al Haram and he helped us get the hotel which is closest to Grand Mosque.

I would highly recommend anyone who is planning on going to Umrah to go through Safa & Marwa.
