So I found safa & marwa on a Google search. I booked 4weeks ahead and got a really good deal. Everything has been taken care of by Arslan Saeed. He advised me each step of the booking and took all my requests into consideration. And I didn’t have a very large budget so he helped me to stay within that spend. All my documents/visa/ flights/transports/hotels/tour guide everything has been taken care of. He has been very patient with me as I worry a lot! Allhumdulillah we are all set to leave in 3 days to complete our first UMRAH! Arslan has been very professional and has kept me informed each step of the way. So far I’m very happy with the service and In sha Allah I will recommend to family and friends.

I did my umrah through a package by them 2 days ago. The person who dealt with my full experience was Abdul Rehman. And honestly it had been the best experience of my life.
Abdul rehman was in contact with me through out my umrah days to make sure everything is okay and i didnt need any furhter help. He arranged the best drivers for me. Everything was so organised. The drivers for the company were extremely helpful. It was my first ever umrah and on my own and it wouldnt be possible without safa and marwa tours. I didnt expect such high and good service. They have done so much goood. Allah bless them!!

If you want to value your experience PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Over promised under delivered. Talk to u as if they are rolling out the red carpet however the truth is they take ur money and leave u high and dry. First off you couldn't book your plane seats as they purchase in bulk and u are given the scraps of seats. As a family who were going to perform Umraah with females my daughters had to sit with strange men in the state of Ihraam. The transport was too small even though I contacted the driver to let him know how many people there were and how many suitcases. Promised ziyarats transport, absolute nightmare, driver couldn't speak English or urdu, didn't turn up when he was meant to, ended up paying a taxi driver 300sr to take us and used google translate. Transported to Medina and on the way told our hotel was cancelled. Told to either go to the one given or go and find our own accommodation. Hotel was a 2 star at the most, stank of stale spices, staff all spoke bengali, no English. No house keeping. Had to go downstairs to reception to get a roll of toilet paper, no drinking water provided. The Medina ziyarat driver was just as bad. Called to say be ready for 8.30am, then called to say there was no guide and to reschedule, unfortunately we couldn't so we said as long as he can speak urdu we will carry on, 10 mins later calls to say he has had an accident.. A little suspicious, I called the transport company, they said the driver will be there at 10.30.. Driver turned up in a battered van and took us to Uhud, Quba and Qiblatain... no explanation, no history.. If u value ur money and experience do not use this company.

Salaams, I wanted to write this review to say what an amazing job brother Abdul Rehman did. Unfortunately, we missed our flight for Umrah when we go to the airport, in a panic we called him praying he would be able to help sort something out. Alhamdulilah brother Abdul Rehman was able to help, he stayed by his phone ready for all our queries and stresses, he remained calm which is definitely what we needed. The service from brother has been amazing, and how willing he was to help says a lot about him Ma Sha Allah. We are truly grateful for all the support he gave us and all the problem solving he’s done. Despite him helping to rearrange our flights, without us asking he contacted our hotels and taxis in Mecca to inform them we will be arriving on a different date now. Brother Abdul Rehman was so kind and thoughtful, we have received 100/10 service! Thank you so much. JazakhAllah khair.

I had a very great experience while talking with the travel agent named Arslan Saeed who has given me a lot of information about my travelling which has made easy to decide everything. Other than everything his way of explaining is very effort full .
