Abdul Rahman booked our package for our Umrah last week.
From the moment I contacted him with a query to book the package till the moment we boarded our flights from Madina to LHR, everything went smoothly.
The package booked was according to our requirements . Seamless flight and airport transfers. Cherry on top , he upgraded our Madina hotel to a 5 star hotel before we got there.
5 stars to the agent and the company . Will be booking with them again IA.

I booked umrah through this company and stayed for a total of 14 nights. I was very picky with my package and traveled with my family and not a group.

I requested close hotels and direct flights due for my elderly family members, and honestly every one of my needs was met and exceeded my expectations! I was really impressed how they worked hard to cater to my needs.

During our time in Saudi I was given all the documents I needed for airports and transfers, the transport company that was arranged for me was excellent and had great communication and was even flexible with the timings of Ziarath which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend using this company to book your umrah, inshallah I will be booking with them again in the future.

I went for Umrah with Safa & Marwa Tours, and it was a very good experience. Everything was well arranged, and I did not have to worry about anything. I could focus on my prayers and ibadat.

Abdul Rahman was very helpful throughout the trip. He was always there to help with any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Because of him, I felt relaxed and could enjoy my Umrah without any tension.

We stayed at the Emaar Grand Hotel, and it was a nice place. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was close to Haram, which was very convenient. The staff was polite and ready to help us whenever needed.

The transportation was arranged by Malik Transportation, and Khadim Hussain and Aamir were both very good. They were always on time, and the cars were clean and comfortable. They drove safely, and we never had any problems.

Overall, Safa & Marwa Tours did an excellent job. Abdul Rahman, Emaar Grand Hotel, and Malik Transportation with Khadim Hussain and Aamir made our Umrah experience very nice. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others. Five stars from me!

I have booked a family ummrah package with Abdul Rehman. Will be traveling in October inshallah, so far so good. Brother has been helpful and answered all my questions when needed. Hopefully will also feedback once Ummrah is completed.
