Very rude...very unproffesional..
Rude customer service...always pushing you to push..greedy for money

Great experience throughout MashaAllah, we arrived in Jeddah where the driver was waiting for us. The hotel we stayed at in both places were walking distance to the haram and we never missed jamaat throughout our stay. There was a slight problem with the transport dates- which I txt moez and it was sorted almost straight away- which was beautiful customer support and very prompt. I’m very pleased with the quality and service provided by safa and marwa and would definitely recommend it to others. MashaAllah guys well done and keep it up- may Allah give you more baraqa Ameen

Abdul Rahman was very helpful in helping me and son book our umrah trip, he provided us with a few options that suited our needs. Will definitely be using these guys again In Sha Allah.

Moiz was very helpful to find me a very good price umrah package on such a short notice for January 2024. It was very easy and stress free all Flights, hotel & transportations were organised. Very helpful during preparation and travel. I got lucky because Flight to jeddah had been upgraded to business class. The view from hotel in madinah was looking directly at masjid nabawi, the best view anyone can ask for. With Allah's blessing, For what i paid I received much more. Definitely recommend moiz, Safa & Marwa tours!

I would want to thank Mr Qassim, Ahmed Reza and his team for organising our Umrah trip this December 2023. We had few challenges initially and the team eventually helped to fix the issue with last minute overbooking At Madinah hotels and got it all sorted off .. Even ground transfer from their partner team in Mecca and Madinah were friendly car drivers. Alhamdullilah it was our first umrah and glad it was pleasant and we could complete our rituals as planned and return home safely.

This is my first experience of Umrah pilgrimage from the UK. I have taken rates from other UK agencies and agencies back home in Pakistan as well but Safa and Marwa Tours turns out to be far better than all others when it comes to package prices, added services and responsiveness. I can't thank Jahazeb bro enough, he did a fab job organised my umrah visa last minute . I was not even sure I can go for umrah or not because not any travel companies helping me out with umrah visa on travel documents . Jahazeb bahi arrange my visa on uk travel documents with in 24 hours . Lots of duas for Jahazeb bhai for making this possible for me . Jzk
