I registered a complaint recently about my data bundles and safcom promptly got back to me both on email and calls to figure out the issue. We were able to amicably resolve the issue and they were kind enough to even give me compensatory data bundles.

This company is very corrupt it has been a major money loss I suggest other networks if u want a good and fast service

Safaricom is the best in Kenya, very reliable and even more better services. Internet bundles are very first and at affordable charges. I can only ask if you could increase the tubonge minutes eg Ksh 10 for 60 or more minutes for 24hrs. #Twaweza
